“My car had an airbag recall. I went to the Lafayette Ford on Monday afternoon. I spoke with Brandon, he told me I could drop my car off tomorrow and that the parts were in stock. Tuesday morning I dropped my car off and spoke with Josh because Brandon was taking care of something else. I received a message around lunchtime from Brandon saying it was completed. When I returned to get it I spoke with Josh and Brandon while they brought the car around. Both of these guys were very knowledgeable and courteous. Brandon was my service advisor but I am glad I got to meet Brandon as well. I left happy and felt everyone worked hard to make sure I was. Thank you. Great job.”

“They sell you what you want. Needed a piece of 3/8 hose to repair a overflow hose. AZ and Advanced wouldn't sell to me because they said it wouldn't work. Both wanted to sell me a 85.00 factory hose. All I needed was a 2 foot piece and they had a piece about 2 and a half foot in the junk box and they gave it to me for free. Will go there from now on.”
“I mainly dealt with Randy Stahl and Christopher Houser on a purchase of a 2015 Audi Q3. By far one of the smoothest transaction I've had purchasing a car. They were very upfront about the condition, any known issues, and all my many questions promptly. I never saw the car in person until it was delivered. Once delivered it was better than expected (car has nearly 80k miles on). Would not hesitate to buy another car from the dealership. Audi Lafayette is lucky to have people like Randy and Christopher working for them. Top notch!!”
“have not used a trim shop since the 60s.Had someone from terre haute attempt to replace headliner ion my honda ridgeline.Terrible job.Family lives in lafayette for 25 yrs said this is best place anywhere to go.He was right.Looks better than new ,folks have pride and class in their work.Very hard to find in this day and age.Old time craftsmanship and 1st line quality.Please do not ever go anywhere else.Their price was very very reasonable and worth the drive from brazil,in area to there.If you want to ask me anything else,Call the shop and tell them the guy with the gray 2007 honda ridgeliner I picked up yesterday and he can giv e you my tx number. Thank you guys for an excellent class job.I love it.You folks are the best. Great to see in this day and age.Thanks again.”

“I run an EV GrandPrix for purdue and currently I’m building an enduro kart. Every time I come into fox valley for help they always are able to get me what I need, help explain what I need to do, or if they don’t know they always try to reach out to people who they think might know the answer. Just today I went to fox valley and I brought the old front brakes on my enduro kart and we couldn’t find out who made the brakes so John at fox valley reached out to his contacts that might have an answer. Bottom line fox valley is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help even if it they don’t have the part or answer you need.”
“Had three cars fixed by Sands Body Shop over the past six months. The workmanship was outstanding, and the cost was quite reasonable compared to the large chains. While you may not get the corporate feel when you first visit the shop, the owner Greg Sands is friendly, flexible and does a great job. The whole experience was very positive.”

“My primary mechanic suggested Lafayette Auto Supply for last minute and urgently needed parts. The staff were friendly and looked up exactly what I needed. LAS had more stock than the other two parts stores I contacted. The front counter had several staff working the phones, the computer, and thumbing through catalogs. These are guys who can answer just about any question thrown at them. This place is trusted by many local mechanics so I felt like it was a good recommendation.”
