My faith in humanity is restored! The owner of AIL, Fred, is the most honest, hardworking, caring, skilled, trustworthy and dedicated to excellent automotive mechanic you will ever meet. I had my 2020 Volvo towed to AIL and was prepared for it to take a couple of weeks. Fred ran every diagnostic possible and through true detective work isolated the problem, fixed it within a week, and taught me how to do it myself the next time! I can't recommend him and his shop highly enough!

Fred is great. I have heard a rattle since I bought the car and had taken it to the dealership and to another garage and neither could find the cause of the rattle. I didn't even mention it to Fred, I had given up, and he found the problem during a routine check with an oil change and fixed it. I highly recommend Automotive Imports.
