Will never order products online through Bath and Body Works. It was delivered and the contents of the product leaked over everything. Then I talk with customer service and they were going to resend my order at no additional fee. I waited and it never came. Tracked it and Fed Ex made a label but never received the box. I never received an email letting me know that they shipped my order. I eventually got a refund but all the black Friday deals are over so I got nothing and missing items for Christmas. Not pleased with the response to the damaged products.

I was just in at the bath& body at Tippecanoe Mall in all the years I've been shopping in there
I received the worst service. I believe she was a manager the lady with the long white hair check me out . I had 2 items and a coupon she asked me for my phone number I gave it to her . Then she rudely ask did someone give you this coupon? I replied no I received in mail . Then she informed me the number I gave her was the wrong number for the coupon so I gave her another number. Apparently I have used 2 different numbers in there.. If bath &body want to treat customers like this when using your coupons .. you can just keep them😢 this sucks I really use to enjoy going in your store.. no wonder more and more people order on line..

I normally enjoy going to the bath& body works store in Lafayette, Indiana but today July 31st I waited at the cash register for over 10 minutes for somebody to come back and wait on me. Come to find out the two employees that they had were standing up front of the store talking instead of waiting on their customers that were shopping in their store. Very poor customer service. If you're going to have employees working you need to have them in separate areas so they can't stand and gossip. Will continue to shop at bath& body works, but maybe if you're only going to have two employees have a bell at the register so that the customers aren't waiting forever. Walked out without buying anything due to the fact that we couldn't get waited on.

This used to be my favorite store but today it sucked may never go back only one that even offered to help me was the guy and the woman at the register had a real badattitude I refused tothis even let let her ring me up

Did an online pickup order for in-store. Placed the order around 10 am and it said it would be 2-4 hours for the order to be ready. I got a notification at 5:58 pm that the order was ready for pickup… problem being that the store closes at 6 pm. The other problem I had is that in my order was a body spray, and they gave me the body spray that was used as a floor sample with the “Try Me” sticker on it. Usually those items are not full since people are testing them out and a million people have touched it as well. Seems to be a lack of common sense coming from this store and their management if the employees are doing things like this.

Did the buy 3 get 3 free and they didn’t do the discount really mad about being ripped off I love bath and body works but I think some people just think others aren’t smart .

I love adventuring into this store, they always have wonderful smelling lotions and hand soap. Since trying their hand soap I am hooked. Would love to see the scent fairytail come back someday.
