Recently I purchased a washer and dryer from Beeson's. The salesman was professional and listened to what I was looking for in my new appliances. Since they did not have what I was looking for in the store they ordered what I needed. I was told the time line and was notified when it came into the store. It arrived within the time line I was given Then I scheduled a installation date. My new laundry equipment was delivered within the guidelines that I was expecting. The installer answered all my questions. I am pleased with the help I received. Now I am enjoying my new products with all the features I was looking for. Paulette S.

Beeson's has been terrifically helpful in assisting and facilitating our purchase of a new stove. From the first time we met Rick, to meeting Cody, April, Lori, and other members of the team, we very much appreciated getting to know and work with their team. For various reasons, we went through multiple stoves until we found the right one, everything from a scratch-and-dent model that had been unknowingly dropped (there was an absolutely hassle-free return), to ordering in two different models from the warehouse when the first model was not as-expected (no fault of Beeson's). All the while, through this three-week ordeal (because of the need to order in and wait for shipping on the models that were not on the shop floor), they lent us a loaner stove, free of charge, so that we had the flexibility and peace-of-mind to make a deliberate, considered decision. Their thoughtfulness and personalized respect and customer service turned what would have been an urgent, "need this now" situation into a very pleasant overall experience, and at the end, we all walked away happy and now we have a new stove, with all the features we deliberately considered. We will definitely go back to them for our future appliance needs (but hopefully not too soon!).

First stop because of reputation. Glad we did. Very knowledgeable salespeople able to answer all questions. Timely delivery and set up. Delivery guys professional, respectful, and friendly. From front door of Beeson's to delivery truck pulling away it was a pleasurable experience. Great job!

Prices are good, they have a wide variety of products, staff seemed knowledgeable, and they're LOCAL. I was just window shopping today, but will definitely be back when it's time to buy in a few months!

We bought a dishwasher about 3 years ago and were very pleased with pricing, customer service and how knowledgeable the staff was.Fast forward 3 years later and my mother in laws washer went out too. We recommended Beesons to her and the really took great care of her! She set up delivery and when they moved it found she had standing water. They helped her pull up the old flooring and get it all dry. They really went above and beyond to take care of her! Thank you Beesons! Will continue to recommend and use in the future!

I second another reviewer's compliments of this store over the "big box" stores. Prices completive, very helpful with answers to questions, no pressure, unbelievably quick installation of our over-the-stove microwave. This will be the first store we shop next time we are in the market.

My washer died just after Christmas 12/28/22. I had to .get another asap, I shopped around for pricing, every one pretty much the same, decent sales. ( wow are things expensive) . I contacted whirlpool just incase there was warranty left just 10 years old. Nope well after speaking with them they made a seemingly excellent one time deal , as usual it was not for me can't wait over a month to get something that was in stock. Back to Beesons ( I highly recommend them on and off business with them for more than 30years) I know the night I checked out the washers I would have purchased if not for the to good to be true direct quote from whirlpool. It took 11 days to find washing machine from whirlpool wasn't being delivered on 1/10/23It was 1/31/23 maybe. I went back to Beesons and of course the sale for my washer had changed 1/09/23 through their gracious assistance after seeing the problem I had made me a deal they didn't have to do and really helped me out of a jam .I have always used Beesons when I could ( I am a frugal shopper "cheap ") sometimes there are things that mean more than money and thanks to their staff I was helped out more than they realized ( to personal to explain) I got the clothes washer I needed that day 1/09/23 please forgive me for not remembering names I should have written them down. I know sometimes buying local can cost more, however you really can't put a price on personal face to face business with a well established company. Beeson’s helped me to get a new washer in record time. Bill quickly helped me find the washer model I wanted.They price matched another local dealer’s sale price, and Lori worked with the delivery team to get a delivery set up later that day. The delivery team, Eli & Luke, were very prompt and courteous, answering any questions I had. Thanks, Beeson’s!

I am so sad. I bought a Fridgidaire washer last year. The washer's clutch broke, and it would cost around $500 to fix. It was just out of the 1 year warranty. The buying experience at Beeson was nice, but I wished they didn't recommend or even offered products with bad quality.

Learn from my mistake. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy a refrigerator with the ice maker in the fridge!!! To Beesons credit, though they originally recommended this particular unit (Frigidaire), they did finally lemon law out my first one for a "new and improved" design. It lasted a couple of years but I just had to call for service with...a broken ice maker.

Will not correctly repair washer that was purchased from them. Have been trying to get someone to fix the washer for 9 months. Beeson’s does not guarantee their products. Sad! order was for Rebecca McGuire.

Stopped at the store Thursday with my Mom (87) and found a refridgerator that she wanted. Found a dent in one of doors that the salesperson didn't know about. Was told that the Fridgidaire rep would be by Friday and they would look at replacing the door. The unit was not identified as a scratch and dent sale, it still had the retail price marked on the refrigerator. Called today and they sold it out from under us, said that scratch and dents were first come first serve. This wasn't mentioned during our visit nor did they know it was damaged. Poor representation of their integrity to do business. We would have bought it.

We've been doing business with beesons for 10 years and having no problems.. Ms Lori has been helping me in the past few months and upgrade my appliances she really knows her stuff and while I was there getting my info at the counter she helped other customers and treated them good like she did with me... I know the others people working there are great as well and that's a good team work.
