My 7-year-old son’s bike needed repair and Dave gave us BY FAR the best deal and service in town.

I had visited a competitor for an estimate just prior, and after being ignored for the first 5 minutes after wheeling our bike into the shop, I was given an $85 estimate that included mostly items I didn’t come in for.

I’m so glad I sought a second opinion.

At Hodson’s Bay, I was greeted immediately by Dave even though he was helping another customer. He took one look at our bike and said if I could wait a few minutes, he could probably fix it on-the-spot.

Moments later, Dave had fixed all of the issues I related from the previous estimate for a price that was MORE than fair. He told me that one of his pet peeves is when businesses take advantage of people—I mean, could this guy get any greater?!?
