Even though I live in Fishers, I’ve purchased 4 BMWs from DeFouw BMW in Lafayette since 2008 because their service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly pays attention to detail. And they always beat the competition in every way. I plan to continue buying my BMWs from them. Went in for a coolant leak. Steve in service notified me of a 1400$ cost to further diagnos the coolant leak and stated may or may not be covered under warranty then stated that the difference the warranty covers in labor rate I’ll have to pay the difference. Either incompetent or don’t know how to find coolant leaks. Took my car to Indy bmw and they laughed when I told the Lafayette bmw was going to charge me 1400. Never will I do business with bmw Lafayette again. I’ll go to Indy where they respect and appreciate thier customers. So beware of necessary. Charges this dealership is one of sketchiest dealerships around

From the front to back it was an awesome experience. Mike Overby and Matt Martin were both great on the front end. Cameron did well to go over the vehicle functions and the final detail was top notch!
