Excellent service! We brought our car in for needed body repair, estimate was done the same day I asked for a quote. Scheduled quickly for repairs, and was completed before the original date given. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
I have had a very unhappy experience with The Rohrman Collison Center. On June 10, while replacing my battery, my car door was scratched by a construction accident. I was told they would repair the damage at their expense, but it would likely be a week before they could get to the work. I left my car there, with the agreement that they would work on it earlier if possible. I have called 5 or 6 times to check on the car since their proposed date of completion passed nine days ago. Each time I have been put on hold or transferred around on the phone system. Ultimately, I am left without explanation or apology. It has been 16 days, and my last call was just sent to voicemail. I understand that accidents happen, but I thought they would be eager to rectify the situation since it was clearly their fault. Apparently, that is not the case. I believe I am entitled to some compensation for their negligence and unprofessionalism in this matter. I almost never post reviews, and certainly not negative ones. But I have resorted to this to try and get their attention.

Sales staff was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Thanks for your help Pedro.
Collision kept me up to date on what was being added or corrected on my new Honda CR-V.
Will be back to purchase another new car when it’s time.

Had damage to my vehicle it was pretty bad but they were able to get it back to damn near brand new car is working beautifully now

I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I went for 2 days just to get a price for a bumper and they did not help me in any way. They told me to come the next day and that there was no one to take care of it, I came the next morning. Again, there was no one. I came at noon and they told me that they would not give me a price without an insurance accident report, I just wanted to know the price.

Unfortunately, my experiences with Rohrman's over the past year have been less than stellar. For nearly 40 years, I have purchased all of my new vehicles here, often receiving excellent customer service in all areas. Most recently I had my vehicle repaired at the collision center and left with more damage than I took it in with. Not all of the damage was repaired when I went to pick it up the first time around and had to reschedule for the repairs to be completed. No one wanted to claim responsibility for the additional damage. I have left with no intentions of returning and most certainly will not be recommending it to friends or family any longer.
