Terrible customer service from manager, he got mad at a simple request and didnt greet us, he had some lady up there and he was ignoring us multiple times do not EVER go to this location or spend your money here.

Thank God I don't have boost mobile I Just helped my friend because he don't know englisch
Not one start he deserved

I got a free phone but they don't have any phone cases for them 22 days later they still have no phone cases. Plus my Wi-Fi goes out several times a day I have to restart my phone several times a day Boost Mobile to me is horrible I'm going back to Straight Talk

The lady without hair is very rude and condescending! She seemed annoyed that she had to get out of her seat and help me. Every response she gave was condescending and unpleasant. She told me I could only pay cash for a $1,000 iPhone because they got ripped off by someone and that cant happen again, I explained I have an active boost account with 3 lines and wanted to switch my current number to this nee iphone. She shook her head with this almost devious smile while saying “doesnt matter, cash only” Called the corporate number about this as well. We even mentioned going to the other location and she said simply, “it might say they are open but they are not I’m the only one around” went to best buy and bought the phone for $300 LESS so thanks lady!

The last that was working when I visited was very friendly and helpful. I just didn't like the fact that they wanted me to pay an activation fee to upgrade my phone and I'm already a current boost customer and I STILL would have had to pay my monthly bill that was due a few days later. Decided to order my phone online and did everything myself...no extra fee.

The current staff of the boost store on Main Street Is a hero. My old phone was utterly inoperable. I have the insurance and could of receive a new one Friday. However for a number reason I needed a working phone now. He was able to help me get a new phone and keep me it reasonably price. He really came clutch. If you’re looking for a boost store or looking to switch. I highly recommend going to the Boost store on main st near Walgreens. If you’re looking for quality service that’s has heart in mind and show care for the customer. This is definitely the best one.
