DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!! THEY NOTORIOUSLY OVER BOOK VEHICLES...THEN TELL YOU (AFTER YOU ARRIVE) THEY DON'T HAVE A VEHICLE FOR YOU. I RESERVED A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND PRE-PAID. I RECEIVED NOT EVEN A COURTESY CALL...ANOTHER GUY GOT TOLD THE SAME THING AND HE HAD TO MAKE A FLIGHT. FILTER BY THE “Lowest ratings” AND READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLY OF THIS TRASH OPERATION. DONT TRUST OR BELIEVE THE POSITIVE ONES. THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVIDENTLY HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS! BOOK WITH ENTERPRISE OR HERTZ! WHY TAKE A CHANCE??? RENT A HORSE BEFORE GOING TO THIS SCUMBAG OUTFIT!

Rented a 12 passenger van 2 months ago and paid in full. Less than 2 days before our vacation they texted us they no longer had a car for us. Nothing was done to compensate. I still have no clue how we are getting to our destination for vacation.

I wish I could give it 0 stars! First off the building and property is disgusting! Old and nasty, torn typed up signs posted all over . I spent over $20 on an Uber to go pick up my rental and they wouldn’t rent to me because I didn’t have a credit card? Idk if this is normal but I rent from enterprise every month and NEVER ran into this problem. So now after having a reservation and them not clarifying online if you don’t have good credit you can’t RENT car now I am stuck and have to figure out how to get to a funeral. They need to specify these thing! And the little lady manager at the front desk can lose her attitude! ENTERPRISE ALL DAY

Not sure if this is an issue with this particular location or just an overall issue with Budget. However, I reserved a vehicle at this location with my corporate discount. I received confirmation email stating the price. I then received an email stating my booking was not complete (even though it was), and my booking was being held for 72 hours. I went to “complete the booking” and the price of the vehicle almost doubled - with my discount still applied. I went to check the price online - without my discount applied - and it was almost $200 cheaper. I then received an email the following day (24 hours later - much less than 72) stating that my booking was canceled. This is my first experience with Budget (I normally use Enterprise) and it is a bad one. I do not plan on deviating again.

I will never rent from here again! We reserved a car 5 days ago we arrive at 9am to get the car only to be told they had no cars available, and people who have booked cars months in advance would get one before us. We called at 1140 and was told it didn’t look like we’d get a car today! My wife and kids were supposed to go out of town today! Thanks budget for ruining that and disappointing my kids!!!! Great professionalism, you guys knew you had a problem, but hell let’s not tell the customer and hope for the best. A simple phone that said we have a problem would have been nice. I’ll call enterprise and see what they have!

Very unprofessional. My brother rented a car from February 27-March 21st & paid every week up until today. They told him he couldn’t get his $200 deposit back because it had been applied to the car to pay for it for a week. So where is his money since the $200 paid for an extended week??? He has special needs which is obvious. I am furious that this worker took advantage of him & I will be reporting to corporate & getting this story out so people will know not to rent from here.

Buyer Beware!!! Rented through Costco, arrived at Micah Rowlands Sagamore Pkw Budget, to be told we were 1.5 hours over noon pick up time, no car available. We were at Purdue Graduation, and missed our flight out of Chicago as a result. Told by Destiny (employee) this was a systemic problem, they dont have enough cars. Cost us a lot of $$$$ - shame on Budget,Costco and Micah Rowland (owner)

We reserved a cargo truck 3 1/2 months in advance for a trip. The whole week leading up to the time of pickup we received email notifications that everything is ready.Only to find out the day of picking up the cargo truck that , they did Not have a truck for us.The only thing that they had was a box truck and a very rude and uncooperative so called representative.She was very not the kind of person who would represent a company in any capacity.We will NOT EVER use this company AGAIN !!I would have left zero star's if possible.Hello Enterprise !!

Laffayet, IN location let us down. We rented a car to go on vacation to TX/Mexico. We got all the way down there before realizing the tires were bald. We tried calling got sent in circles. Their Roadside assist never answered (almost 2 hrs on hold). No one would tell us if we would be reimbursed to put tiers on it. The Discount tire near by said they were unsafe to drive. The local budget there said there was nothing he could do or approve, (not even swap our car).We got it back to Indiana and they said, "oh sorry to hear that, I can Discount you $50 from your rental"$50 for putting me and my family in danger. Thanks budget.

I dont normally write reviews, good or bad but felt the need after showing up today to pick up my rental car to find out that since I was an hour past my stated pick up time, they had NO rental car for me. I travel a lot for work and can honestly say this has never happened. Furthermore, the employee I spoke with pointed to a sign on the door as justification for revoking my reservation. There was no communication from this location to let me know that I had to be within an hour of my stated pick up time or a courtesy phone call when that hour was nearly up to ask if I still needed my car. I was left completely stranded without the possibility of renting a car anywhere in the city even though nearly a month before I had conducted proper planning and reserved a car so I could get to the airport. I will never use this location again and will do everything I can to avoid using Budget in the future.
