I just want to say I've been through several management companies and yet by far BW Parks was there when I needed them. They responded swiftly and quickly to the maintenance service request and are very nice in the office when I pay the rent. No negativity from this management company.

Never had any problems that went unfixed with my unit. They were quick to respond and help any time I needed any maintenance repairs. Great for students
