The quality of repairs is good, but the duration of repair was extremely delayed and no expected completion date was given concretely. The repairs were only related to replacing bumper, rim of wheel and painting, so the delay wasn’t justified. I believe the repair process was started very late and then because of a delayed shipment of a part, it got further delayed.

They did a quick and detailed estimate on the damage to my car after it collided with a deer recently! The staff and the gentleman who did the estimate were very friendly and helpful!

My car was returned in excellent condition and even the interior was clean. My car was repaired within the expected time frame which was really important to me. Customer service was so great. When I had issues with transportation to my rental car company, one of the employees drove me over which is above and beyond what I expected. The staff were really nice when I called for updates as well. I would recommend Caliber to anyone looking for a good repair shop.

I was very impressed with the service at Caliber Collision.
When I left my car with them, they even gave me a ride to a place whre I needed to rent a car!
Every day I received a message about the stage of the repair of my car.
The car was scratched after another car hit me in the parking lot. Now my car is like new both outside and inside, because it has been cleaned and even covered with protective mats.
Everything was done beautifully and qualitatively.

Never take your car here! My car was "done" and they left the keys inside to pickup since they were closed by the time I got off of work. Only to come out to a crack in my windshield. First the guy said a rock must've hit it.. Even though the windshield was not cracked before dropping my vehicle off. After telling them, my windshield is on "backorder with no ETA"... not sure if that is real or not but on top of everything, the front bumper was not installed correctly and the paint job also was also atrocious. Multiple spots where they just must have forgotten to paint or were too lazy. the only reason they deserve 1 star is the receptionist was nice. Will never bring my car here again as well as I will make sure everyone I know steers clear.
That was my original review, since then, Buddy from Caliber has reached out to me to fix the issue and will be done soon. I did want to leave the original one just to show that this Caliber does take their work seriously and if someone messes up they will reach out to get it fixed.

Caliber does great work. They fixed and painted my vehicle inside of the timeline that I was given. It was a holiday week and I was genuinely shocked that they still completed the job in time
