I go here regularly for everything from oil to brakes to AC to tires to needing a new starter for my Honda. They're always polite and friendly and fit me in fairly quickly. Every time I price check their estimates with other places, the price they've given me is always accurate and fair.

These guys are awesome! Even when they are short-handed, they came through for my family on this one. Had issues with the ac & heat in a used car we purchased. They diagnosed it, got the problem fixed, and the car is driving like a dream a short time later. Their kindness spoke volumes to me and we will be coming back if we have any issues with any vehicle.

2 and half hours to install 4 normal car tires, balance, and alignment. Seems a bit excessive. Had to go back cause wheel weights started falling off due to being stick on, employee didnt clean wheel before sticking on weight. They did however fix it when I brought car back. Not impressed by all means.

So this morning we dropped off our jeep to have new tires installed on 17 inch rims..sounds easy! When my husband talked to the manager of this store, he was informed that he only had 1 tech working today and that it would be later on in the day before he could get the tires mounted to the new rims..no big deal! Or well, so we thought!! After waiting all day, with no call from the store, my husband called up there about 5 to touch bases and was told the rims were the wrong size and couldn’t install the tires on them since the tires are 17s, and the rims are 18s! Well he was wrong, so the rims are stamped as a 17! I’ll attach the picture of the factory stamp on the inside of the rim for reference!! The manager insisted if there was to be any issues, he would personally call my husband and see what can be done! Instead of holding true to his word, he contacted the place where the tires were ordered to have them sent back!! Sent back!! Who does that?! We completely understand being short staffed! Not an issue!! More than understandable! To not bother calling to update us is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable! How hard would it have been to call and speak with us about the issue at hand, instead of leaving us in the complete dark!! Y’all have definitely lost a customer and will never recommend this store to anyone! DO BETTER CAR X!! Apparently to even post this I have to rate the store, YOU GET THE 1 STAR RATING SO I CAN POST THIS!! Y’all don’t deserve a good or fair rating!

Chris, Scotty and Joe were exceptional helpful. Even tried to get tires from their other store to no avail. They didn’t give up and will have two more tires by Thursday. I came in from out of town and they hooked me up with all the tires they had 2. And assured me I’d be set by Friday.
