The ppl who work here are untrained and illiterate. Just spent 20 minutes trying to get my free ticket from the mega lotto. And no one could figure it out. I finally just left. Most of the time the guy who runs it is asleep when I go on or high. Pathetic. You owe me a lotto ticket

Went in this morning to get some milk and had to use my ebt card guy behind counter got mad trotted to the register all huffy and puffy slamming stuff ripping bags off bag rack holder with a attitude this is not the first time this has happened all becuase u interrupted him with food he was putting in bags

If I could give this station a zero, I would. I stopped today returning to Lafayette from Louisville. They take the prize for the filthiest bathroom I’ve seen in a long time. It was just ridiculous! It was so bad I called Midwest Corporate Circle-K Headquarters in Ohio to tell them about it. Of course, a real person never answered my call but I left a scathing voicemail.

I don't understand why they always have the grill and food accessories on when there is NEVER any food available at ANY time of the day or night. The most I ever see there is nachos with a cheese cup. Seems like false advertising and a waste of energy to have that whole food station there with nothing ever hot and ready available. Also, the prices at all Circle K's are absurdly high compared to competitor's gas station prices. Would not recommend going here besides to get a soft drink, which also half the time several flavors are out of order.

I I have spent thousands of dollars on fuel for company truck and junk food and soda and smokes at circle k.Not going to happen ever again thanks to the so-called smart checkout.Usually two employees standing behind the counter watching the line form at the self checkout.I don't use self checkouts ever.If you want to pay me to do your job, I may consider it.What's next, pay someone to hand customers a mop as they walk in the store?If you can't just scan my purchase and ring me up, I will just go somewhere that will.If I run out of gas in front of a circle k I will push my car for miles to get to another station.

Staff here is so racist. Never have I been treated worse or seen people be treated like nothing, when they are spending their hard earned money at this establishment. Won't be going here again.

This morning I went to Circle K 3603 Cougill Lane, Lafayette IN 47909 around 9:05 am. A woman name Molly was at the register and she was mean to me. I don't know how to use the coffee machine and I asked her how to do so and she almost yelled at me and do no effort to help me. She just says that you get cold or hot coffee the same way which cannot help me get at all. As soon as I turned away to leave, she was gossiping about me with her coworker, I see them do so. This hurts. This is so disrespectful. Everybody is not from hear, some people need to learn certain things. She had time to chat with her coworker but did not have time to explain to me anything.I just needed help using the coffee machine because I don't know how to do so. Instead of helping me, they bullied me. This woman name Molly and her coworker are bullies. Shame on them. I hope Circle K will take care of this issue.

Service is good when there is steady employees. There unfortunately is too much of a turnover of employees which in turn, slows down the service provided. We have been going to this store for many yrs and it is getting harder abd harder to continue to go there.

Someone told me about the sip n save program and I thought it was a good idea to join. Went great for about a week and now the fountain machine is down…4 days and counting. Very short staffed. I think three different people work there and they look tired as hell from probably not ever sleeping. Nothing is ever stocked as well. Just proceed west about 1/4 mile and the family market is where you want to go for a gas station. This circle K is trash

Always running out of cups, lids, and now the fountain and frosted machines are out of order for a week. Needs better management to order the right stuff and fix machines.
