Easy to make the reservation. I did not get the size I requested even though it was listed as available I talked to corporate support who walked me through the lease process. I was a return customer but login didn’t work. We fixed it. I also got a call from the specific location to give more details and answer any questions about what to do when I show up.
Edit: the cube we got was the same one we had last year. Worked out perfect space wise. They had a more streamlined method this year. They left the lock in the cube, so we never had to go to the office to set anything up when we first arrived.

We used this location for 3 summers. Each 5*5 unit we held was clean and safe, we had absolutely no issues, always found everything as we left it. The local site manager was outstanding. She was a trusty advisor and manager of our rental, always polite and professional, timely in her replies, and willing to go whatever length may have been needed to help us with unit selection, reservation, online set up, and management of the lease, all the way to the closing. In this time and age when there are so many similar options to everything, it is the customer skills that make the deciding difference, and that is where the local manager was the key to our exceptional experience. A heartfelt thank you!
