Excellent NP. She is very knowledgeable listens well and engaging. Registration girl was great also. Both are friendly and answer questions well. I will refer friends to this clinic, after I explain the situation with the clinic appearance.

Pharmacy. First the technician is sassy about a coupon I wanted to use for a prescription, then the pharmacist claimed he moved the script back to my other pharmacy when he had not. Took 2 phone calls and an hour to fix it. No wonder they are going broke.

This occurred at the S 18th Street CVS in Lafayette, IN. I asked for assistance in locating a specific product. The clerk told me it was on the top shelf of the aisle with hair care products. Went to that aisle, scanned the TOP shelves and did not see it. The CVS where I typically buy this product shelves them in a locked case with vitamins and other supplements. Went back to the clerk, said I could not locate it, and that I was not sure she understood what I was seeking. In an irritable tone, she said she understood, came barreling around the cash register and walked to the product.which was on theSECOND shelf. I thanked her. She was the first available clerk for check out. She tersely adked if I had a CVS card. I advised that I do, but did not have it with me, asked if she could enter my phone number instead. She made no reply. I looked down at the card reader and saw that I could enter it myself. I did so, and then entered my debit card to make the purchase. While entering my pin, she walked away from the register. I received no receipt. Incredibly rude individual.

The first thing I notice when I walked into the store. All eyes were on me, but I kept walking to pharmacy to get my immunizations. When done,I had to wait on my uber driver, I decided to do to purchase a few things while there.The over head speaker was speaking in security code, but I knew right away, they were letting everybody in the store know, there is a black person on the premises. After the purchase I mention to cashier I would sit back in pharmacy area to wait on my ride. As I walked back, I was followed by a staff person. The person who administered my shot said, OH! I was looking for you to give you a raffle ticket( sucker punch). I immediately knew something was wrong, because I was the only one singled out that he wanted to give the ticket to. Tell me, is walking into the store, going to pharmacy and purchasing a few items fit a certain description or does being a? black african american fit any desciption?

I’ve been dealing with CVS for many many years as I have unfortunately many many medical issues, and on the brink of needing to switch pharmacies because of the horrible service and never having my medication in stock today I experienced the opposite there was a pharmacist at my local location who actually cared and the pharmacy technician Brianne was amazing. She help me save money on my medication. She was patient kind, respectful, endearing, understanding I could not stop thanking her enough and then when I picked my meds and was met with Olivia Z she was also wonderful and understanding I was using CVS because I had Caremark insurance that insurance is changing in 30 days and because of this experience I might keep my business with CVS if I continue to get the kind of service I received today

I have been going here for years, and it has always been fine. The pharmacy is well run. The staff are professional. The place is always clean, and the times I have been there it has been sufficiently staffed. My husband and I both use a lot of prescriptions and this is the only pharmacy I would trust.

I arrived at 1:26 pm and was told that I wouldn’t be served until after 2 pm because of the pharmacist lunch (laterite found it should have started at 1:30). Even before this, Corporate isn’t paying enough to keep it well staffed, they are always short handed and slow as a result
