However, the store is frequently crazy busy and chronically understaffed, which can cause prescriptions to be behind and require extra processing time. Many reviewers note that problems like understaffing and underpaying staff are the fault of the CVS company, not the local workers who are doing their best. A major criticism is that prices for general merchandise are extremely high, described as an audacious racket and highway robbery compared to other retailers. Despite company-wide issues and pricing concerns, the excellent service from the existing staff keeps many customers coming back to this specific location.
The pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to picking up meds. Very knowledgeable and quick to respond.

After I complained OFTEN and VEHEMENTLY about CVS being tyrants with their staff (understaffing, underpaying that staff) CVS fixed these problems (well, so far).
