After I complained OFTEN and VEHEMENTLY about CVS being tyrants with their staff (understaffing, underpaying that staff) CVS fixed these problems (well, so far).

I made a thirty-mile round trip twice to pick up a prescription, only to discover that the pharmacy was closed each time. I was told there isn't a pharmacist available right now, despite receiving constant messages threatening to put the prescription back in stock. I believe Walgreens should reimburse me for my mileage. I would recommend avoiding Walgreens in the future.

This location has been incredibly reliable and fast whenever I've needed a prescription filled. The pharmacists, techs, and interns are all super kind and helpful. I have never waited more than a day for a prescription to be filled whenever it was sent here. When I left a voicemail with a question today, I received a call back in less than an hour. Although this location is crazy busy, the workers are always doing their best to provide good service. I genuinely don't think most of the negative reviewers here understand that a lot of the issues they are complaining about are regarding CVS (as in, the company), and are not the fault of the people working at this specific pharmacy, who are literally just trying to do their jobs. Friendly reminder to be kind to them when you're picking up your prescription.

I spent all night at the hospital awake, received a notice from CVS to pick up my prescription, limped across the parking lot, through the store and back to the pharmacy at 9:30 a.m.only to find that whoever was supposed to work did not show up! How can a pharmacy be so negligent!??? Now I have to drive back 45 minutes to Lafayette and hope that they are opened this time. If there was an emergency and someone couldn't open the store, why didn't they send out a text just like they sent out a text to say that the prescription was ready? Very irresponsible! Not sure if I trust a pharmacist that can't show up for work or even tell the Target workers that they aren't coming in that day.

They aren’t open on weekends anymore and only open 10-6 weekdays - and their lunch break is not posted. When I questioned why the days and hours were changing so much I was told to get on line and complain about it. So I am. This pharmacy has gone downhill in the past year and it’s getting worse.

The CVS pharmacy inside Target is not open weekends anymore. The customer service is terrible and they constantly change their hours and days for being closed. often they just close on a random day for no reason and put a sign on the gate. very frustrating since you have to park and go into the store.

You can never reach anybody on the phone they keep sending you in circles and circles of automation. When you go in to get a prescription they ignore you half the time by wall or behind the desk. There’s nobody available during their lunch. Because they only have one person, so you’re very understaffed and the staff that you do have is incompetent.I was forced by insurance to change to this pharmacy and I hate it! Not focused on customer retention!

Prices at CVS stores are out of this world, company wide. Any cosmetic, bath and body, home goods, toys, stationary, health care items, paper products, or food items are going to cost you up to twice as much here as at Walmart or Walgreens, even Meijer and Target are cheaper than this audacious racket. Do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy that isn't committed to consistent highway robbery as a mission statement.

The diabetic section is woefully lacking. Cvs closed a couple of stores and pointed us at this inside Target pharmacy. The prescription was filled ok, I hoped to pick up some CVS brand test strips for my wife’s meter. There was none on any shelf, I included a picture of the Diabetic Diagnostic and care section, there isn’t even a single glucose meter let alone any CVS brand testing hardware or supplies. Sure the prescription gets filled but this is Target not CVS. Other than the lacking measuring and diagnostic gear, it was fine.

Purdue employees are required to use CVS pharmacy as part of our insurance. I have reached my wits end with this company. I can't find reprieve and no one seems to care. All I would like is to pay for the service and for it to actually work. That's it. I call for a vote of no confidence in CVS as our only pharmacy option. They can't get meds on time and regularly cause my family to go without medication. They charge me for a delivery service and then tell me that they don't even have my address. They promise delivery and then won't honor it. A business is only as good as the situation where they've failed. That's here. They're so very bad.

This is not a location review, but a review of the company as a whole. Their decision to close an insane number of locations has made it extremely inconvenient and as a store/pharmacy option I will no longer be using their services. They were mediocre at best in the first place. Their decision to most online will likely tank the company. I don't personally know anyone who buys from them online. I hope anyone who was invested in their stock made the smart decision to divest and move to something less financially suicidal.
