We recently transferred pharmacy we live in Crawfordsville and we moved out here. I can stay without a doubt the staff year at this pharmacy is so friendly and so kind even the pharmacist is always very attentive. I know the pharmacy workers are pretty ran down right now and that was a big reason we were so overwhelmed with anxiety. Thank you From Crawfordsville CVS. They were so bitter all the time but the pharmacy staff here at S. 18th St. they are all wonderful and I’m sure they are overworked too, but they never let it breakdown their spirit toward the patient for client.

When I first entered the store, there were no employees at the registers. After searching for assistance, I found a worker who was unfortunately unhelpful and rather rude. It's clear why this store has a low rating—there's room for significant improvement.

I had an unpleasant experience with the cashier up front last week but shrugged it off. Not today! She is an angry person who should not be working retail. So rude and doesn't like to be disturbed! I encountered her at 1:49 on Sunday the 22nd. Do better cvs!

When reading all the single star ratings, I am wondering if we are talking about the CVS on 18th? I have been going there for years and never experienced these problems. Not even during Covid. The pharmacy is well run, staff are nice; l only go inside to pick up scripts and never had to wait too long. When I call the pharmacy the call is answered promptly. I have a lot of prescriptions so I go there a lot. Store is clean and well stocked and I have never had a problem with any staff. I don’t like the texts I get when meds are ready; seems like I will get a bunch of calls and then no more for awhile.

Whitney is not a very nice person. I have been ill for the last three days. Did not know my prescription was ready until they texted me two days ago. So I called them to let them know that I will be available to pick it up tomorrow and she was just the rudest of the rudest person ever telling me it’s going back smh

If picking up a script, go inside. Drive-thru line is slow. Unless of course you love to sit in your vehicle for 20 plus minutes idling away $4.00 a gallon gas

Horrible customer service in pharmacy. Had a simple question as I got all kinds of answers other than the one for the question I asked. Extremely frustrating.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Night shift manager is power hungry and the elderly lady working register was rude to myself and the customer in front of me. It’s a shame that I had to use this place for a UPS pick up and this was the service I received. Definitely won’t be going back.

Great service from Karen. Pretty rude co-worker though, said Karen was “loud” while she was attempting to help another customer. I can see why some ratings are poor for this establishment.

The store's automated phone system (and their hours on Google Maps confirmed 7 days ago) say open until midnight every single night, 7 days a week. I got there around 10:15 to find the board outside say closed at 10:00 on Saturday and Sunday and door locked. Wasted time and gas.
