Son was involved in a minor accident. Repair was top notch and the front of the car looks as good as new. Noticed a couple days later a minor issue with a head light alignment (when my son drove it for the first time at night). Phoned up the rep, took it in and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Loved that DeFouw had a slight miss, but had great customer awareness to address immediately and get me on my way. Again, all round excellent experience.

I had my back hatch replaced and I don't drive my pathfinder much , the new hatch was holding water after a rain. Took it back and they fixed it. And at no charge! Great work and friendly staff

My right door was hit, and my insurance company directed me here. The collision center didn’t do a good job initially, but Guy helped fix it on my second visit. Guy is very helpful and caring. Additionally, I got my window tinted at the collision center; they offered a good price, thanks to Guy’s suggestion.

Jeff and Mariah are AMAZING! They were courteous, they got the work done in the projected amount of time and my car looks great. They even washed the exterior. I had forgotten how sparkly it is when cleaned!
