This place was recommended to me by my friend, but alas my experience with them is far from expected. The repair folks behaved badly with me. Additionally, they refused to give my case much attention. Joel simply has been repeatedly doing the minimum to charge me and get me out. They act as though replacing a part will also solve why it has been repeatedly failing. So now I'm stuck with a repair issue, and it seems I'm on my own now.

I bought a car here for my daugther, Alonso is very nice person very trustworthy. When i cant figure out with the car they take thier time to check and explain what happened. All thier staff are all accomodating . Ray and israel who did extra time to explained. And accomodate me..

The owner is good, however, their after sales service leaves much to be desired. In my case, I needed service just a few months after purchasing a scooter. I found that the service team put minimal effort to make a quick fix and get me out of the shop. They never gave me any attention or took my problem seriously. I really with the service team cared more for the customers.

My 19 year old daughter bought a scooter from here and they were amazing with the whole transaction. They were not pushy and helped her find a good fit. They kept repeating how it is not a toy and how to be safe. My husband and I felt like they were very protective and actually cared about her safety not just a sale. I highly recommend!

Between a 1400 bike breaking down less an 1000 miles on the engine. The customer service that promised they would resolve any issues that were not with altering the engine, as well with being made to feel like swapping the same OEM electrical components would cause the initial issue with stalling in the first place. Take your business else where in my opinion.

I am disabled, and drive a modified handicapped equipt van.. On my way to the hospital, I pulled up to a service door and before I could grab my phone to call inside,, a man walked out asking what I needed. I explained that I was having problems with both the brake and gas controls my van. The salesman was a Godsend and was able to figure out what was wrong and fixed it for me! Thanks for helping me make it safely to the hospital!! The world needs more people like you!!!
