I came in for a trim. I did have a strait cut with some very subtle layers/texturizing that goes up about 2". I ended up with a U cut with layers that go 5" up on one side and 6" on the other. I have a couple 2" long stragglers hanging down at the bottom. The top layer sticks out noticeably and then the longest hair at the bottom is thin... no blending, frizzy in between the layers and blunt lines for the short layers. I am so mad! Yes, hair grows, but this will take a couple years to grow out due to the overall length I have. My appt was for an hour, but i was back in my car in 25min with wet hair on a cold rainy day. 3 stars because maybe he was having a bad time, he didn't understand my style, or communication was amiss, but overall I expect a stylist to have taken his time to see what I had going on instead of creating a new, poorly executed, generic look that does not work well for my hair type.
