The salesman in shoes section is excellent and did a great job. However, the cashiers are totally opposite, you don't feel welcomed, she made me felt that I must have disturbed what she was doing. Won't recommend this place.

When arriving at Dicks today I was greeted by a wonderful young woman who let me know her name was Hyleigh. She was nothing short of perfect customer service wise, and I think she deserves a raise!
