My review is 2 parts, the store has a lot of dresses at what seem to be standard in store prices.
If you decide to get alterations done in store make sure you have your dress back at least a week before your event.
My daughters dress (and at least 10 other people) were waiting outside the store the day of her prom waiting on someone to show up and let us in to get our dresses (we were there during what should have been open hours but the shop was closed).
When someone finally arrived we were all informed the dresses were not done. After a lot of back and forth with the poor high school girl sent to deal with the mob of people in the store the owners husband finally shows up with a few of the dresses with just hours to spare before prom was to start.
A lot of the people waiting ended up not getting their dress and had to buy something off the rack in the mall. This is after paying for the dress and alterations from Diggz.
So if you choose to shop here be diligent on when you get your dress back.

I give this store a 1star and would give them a 0 if I would be able to! for the simple fact I was stopped at the door and was told I was not allowed to bring my children into the store this is a form of discrimination!! Don’t recommend shopping here!!

I got the most beautiful purple dress here. Waited to wear it for prom. As soon as I put it on, the corset structure started to break. The zipper kept getting stuck cause me to have multiple people to try to fix it. I was at prom for 20 minutes; when the dress started to completely rip at the cleavage area. My friend also got a dress from here with a corset top, her dress was a tie up one. 5 minutes after she got it tied up the back started busting. Whenever we were inside prom she was dancing and the whole thing started to snap causing us to have to end up leaving. This sucks, especially because we spent close to $500 on each dress. After this happened my mother called and they said they couldn’t issue a refund & the only thing they could do is fix it if we brought it to them that second. Which we live 45 minutes away and already was at prom. This was very disappointing. My friends got cheaper dresses from JCPenny and Macy’s with no problems. I would stay away from this shop. Stick to the cheaper options! They have beautiful dresses, but break more than easily. Highly disappointed with the way they reacted to their mistakes.

The old reviews are totally bogus they went out of their way to make sure we understood the procedure showed us where to look and gave helpful advice. I believe the people who left negative feedback may just be unhappy and want someone to blame bc I would take any plus sized or healthy women to this shop. Plenty of options with zero judgement! Thank you ladies for all your help !

Just start here when looking for a formal dress! They have so many dresses and different styles with different color options. If you find a fit you like but want it in a different color they can order it for you. I believe she said it takes about 2 weeks to get. When you first get there they measure your waist then direct you to the racks that are approximately your size. You get 4 chips to place on dresses you are interested in trying on. The staff is very helpful at pulling the dress, setting it up in the fitting room, helping you in and out of the dress, and then re-racking the dresses you don’t want. You can try on as many dresses as you want. My daughter found her perfect dress there and for less $ than the previous stores we had been too. Great experience!

I took my daughter there to look for a prom dress and it was more than we expected! We were greeted with a smile when we walked in and everyone was so nice and helpful! The prices were a little cheaper than some of the other stores we had gone to. They had SOOO many different styles and options. We even bought her shoes there because those were so reasonably priced! Would highly recommend anyone looking for a prom dress to stop here first!

BEWARE PLUS SIZE BEAUTIES!!!!! I went in looking to try on some dresses and as soon as I came in the lady stopped me and asked to measure my waist. I told her that I had been dress shopping all day at different formal shops and was between a size 18-22 depending on the dress. She measured my waist and quickly let me know she has NOTHING for me. I asked to try on a few dresses that were size 22/24. One of the dresses I had already tried on in a size 18 that day (same manufacturer) and just needed one size up. I found a size up at this store, but when I asked to dry on the dresses she removed them all from my hands and said she would go look up the sizes online because she was absolutely sure they would not fit me. I assured her that was not necessary and that I just wanted to try them on and judge for myself, because who knows my body better than me, right? She stood and looked up the 4 dresses I had picked out and told me they were French and European manufacturers and she was positive they would not be able to fit me. I thanked her for her time and she responded by stating that if I had more time she could check some of the designers that make BIGGER dresses. Completely Unprofessional and Humiliating!

I have called and emailed this place many times! My husband has stopped by numerous times the sign says open but it's closed. My daughter loves the dress she picked for prom but no one will answer or call us back to go pick up and pay for it! You obviously don't want our business! I would never recommend this place

Overly priced dresses. Especially when having to buy 2 prom dresses for 2 daughters. On top of buying 1 dress for $369.00 I also was charged a convenience fee for using my debit card! Ridiculous. I will continue to buy from David’s Bridal. My other daughter got her dress at David’s bridal for $150 with no hidden fees when you check out. Not to mention the affordable dresses were tucked away in the back corner.

Drive a hour with 2 girls to try on prom dresses they was not friendly wouldn't let us use there restroom ...I guess David bridal can have my money ......

i was so disappointed in this store. we drive an hour and a half to look for a dress and was told we weren’t allowed due to my 2 other children being with me. as a single mom to 3 and no help when it came to a sitter.. we decided to take our business elsewhere. not only found the perfect dress but they were very accommodating after hearing the mess we went through with this store.
