Wonderful experience. This shop is very clean and organized. The owner was so helpful and made our shopping experience fantastic. She is very knowledgeable of the merchandise she sells. I highly recommend Diggz Formals.

BEWARE PLUS SIZE BEAUTIES!!!!! I went in looking to try on some dresses and as soon as I came in the lady stopped me and asked to measure my waist. I told her that I had been dress shopping all day at different formal shops and was between a size 18-22 depending on the dress. She measured my waist and quickly let me know she has NOTHING for me. I asked to try on a few dresses that were size 22/24. One of the dresses I had already tried on in a size 18 that day (same manufacturer) and just needed one size up. I found a size up at this store, but when I asked to dry on the dresses she removed them all from my hands and said she would go look up the sizes online because she was absolutely sure they would not fit me. I assured her that was not necessary and that I just wanted to try them on and judge for myself, because who knows my body better than me, right? She stood and looked up the 4 dresses I had picked out and told me they were French and European manufacturers and she was positive they would not be able to fit me. I thanked her for her time and she responded by stating that if I had more time she could check some of the designers that make BIGGER dresses. Completely Unprofessional and Humiliating!

I have called and emailed this place many times! My husband has stopped by numerous times the sign says open but it's closed. My daughter loves the dress she picked for prom but no one will answer or call us back to go pick up and pay for it! You obviously don't want our business! I would never recommend this place

Overly priced dresses. Especially when having to buy 2 prom dresses for 2 daughters. On top of buying 1 dress for $369.00 I also was charged a convenience fee for using my debit card! Ridiculous. I will continue to buy from David’s Bridal. My other daughter got her dress at David’s bridal for $150 with no hidden fees when you check out. Not to mention the affordable dresses were tucked away in the back corner.

Drive a hour with 2 girls to try on prom dresses they was not friendly wouldn't let us use there restroom ...I guess David bridal can have my money ......

i was so disappointed in this store. we drive an hour and a half to look for a dress and was told we weren’t allowed due to my 2 other children being with me. as a single mom to 3 and no help when it came to a sitter.. we decided to take our business elsewhere. not only found the perfect dress but they were very accommodating after hearing the mess we went through with this store.

0 stars! We bought my sisters prom dress here a few years ago so we came back for my next sisters prom. We walked in with my very well behaved 7 year old niece and my 1 year old in a STROLLER and we were greeted at the door saying we could not bring in anyone under 10 years old. Mind you, my niece walked in and sat on a bench quietly and my son was sitting quietly in his stroller. We traveled over an hour to spend our money there and needless to say our money went to another business!!! No where is it listed on their front door nor their website they are discriminating. BAD BUSINESS!!!

I have noticed most people are either happy or hate this place. I took my daughter here to look for prom dresses. when we came in they girls had just opened. they were both very sweet and explained how it works. my daughter picked out her dresses and waited to try on. the girls helped out with trying on. I could not say enough wonderful things about the young girls working there.... then the owner walked in and was very hateful. It honestly ruined the experience. I tried to be understanding of having a bad day but she went way to far with it. we did not buy the dress she was that hateful. I feel sorry for her.... I figured something in her life had to be really bad for her to just walk in and be so nasty from go.I also feel bad for the girls. I watch the tension instantly build between them. they had been happily talking and interacting with the guest and they went quiet and gave short answers. just so sad.

The employees were very nice to me when I was trying on dresses. I bought a beautiful dress from them that I was hoping to use as my prom dress. I gave them that dress a month before prom and it is now a week before prom and they told me that my dress is still not done. No one ever answers the phone, and sometimes they’re closed on days that they’re supposed to be open. I just want my dress back at this point, but still no answer from them. I want my money back as well.

We had a horrible experience with this place. In February, I bought a prom dress for my daughter and left it there for alteration. Prom is the last week of April. In the second week of April, we start calling the store to know the status of the dress. But no one answered. Drove to the store many times, but it was closed and locked. 2 days before the prom, we received the call that said the dress was ready for pickup after we got another dress. So we went to the store and expressed our disappointment. The owner was so RUDE and unprofessional. She said, "She said she did her job and didn't care what we feel." I'm not using that store anymore.

I bought a beautiful dress from here. I loved it so much, but it needed altered. I brought my dress into Lori on March 30th so she could get it done before my prom, which was on April 23rd. It is now April 25th and I STILL don’t have my dress back. I’ve tried to call the store and her personal phone, but no response. I went by the store on Saturday and Sunday, but the place was closed due to a “staff shortage.” I paid 319$ for the dress and 89$ for the alterations. I actually had to buy a cheap dress from Macy’s the morning of my prom because I couldn’t get ahold of her. She was not answering me. So unprofessional! We’re definitely thinking about calling News 18 about this! I want my money back!!!

IT WAS HORRIBLE,DO NOT GO HERE. A girl I know she got a dress from here and it was supposed to be done on Wednesday and here it is Thursday and it’s still not done and she did not answer the phone. She also kept telling us that she was going to be done fixing it for her size at her house every 30 minutes and here it 9:54pm on Thursday and the dress is still not here she said that she ripped the dress so she has to sew it. DO NOT GO HERE! WAY TO EXPENSIVE! she has also been charged with fraud back in 2012! She’s playing games

I believe the response from the owner speaks volumes of the value or lack there of in their customers. I had an unsatisfactory experience and shared that experience in a straightforward, honest, and good natured manor. The response could have been empathetic. It could have been quietly taken into consideration in order to approve customer experience in the future. Instead it was responded to in a negative way with blame laid solely on my shoulders and full of insinuation of poor behaviors I have never presented. Thankfully I am sure anyone who had read my original review couldn’t possibly think this was written by a person I was insinuated to be. I am disheartened by how the owner feels it is necessary to attack her customers in order to preserve her reputation.Here is my original review:Initially, I had extremely high praise for this store until my experience today when I went in to get alterations for my dress. I previously went to the store and found the perfect dress and may I add with no problems except for the needed alterations. So the day I was to go in to get the alterations I had to call ahead to see if it was a good time to go in. There was no response on the phone so I left a message saying that I would come by that day. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the owner who said that she was no longer excepting alterations for that week. I was greatly confused with this because she never called me back to address the issue before I drove 30 minutes to be told that she couldn't do what she promised at the initial purchase of the dress. She explained that I didn't leave my last name or phone number so she could not “call me back”. However, I pointed out that she had my name and phone number from when I bought the dress. She then brushed off my statement and continued to say there was nothing she could do. So I asked if she could pin and take notes of what I wanted to be alternated and do it next week. She said no and went into a rant about how understaffed she was, how busy she was etc. While I can understand how frustrating here situation was for her, it was not appropriate for her to channel these upon her customers! After she argued with us, I asked if there was any way for her to schedule an appointment so that this problem would not occur again. Yet, she refused to even discuss our possible solutions and that we had to return the following week with no assurance that this issue would not happen again. So I have decided to go take my dress to have my dress alternated by a real professional! Overall, my experience with this store has left me utterly disappointed because it was incredibly frustrating to not only be told that we had to come when it is convenient for the owner but to be blamed for the entire situation was completely unprofessional! A business should never treat customers in that manner! I sincerely hope that the owner will take my experience and use it to better her communication with her customers. As for those reading this review, I highly recommend that you take your time and money to another store that will treat you with greater respect!

We’ve purchased 3 dresses at Diggz and they have all been fantastic. The owner hemmed one of the dresses for us and did a great job. They have an amazing selection of dresses. There are rules (only one guest per person trying on, limits to numbers of dresses you can try on, where your guest stays while you try on dresses) but they have a purpose and aren’t unreasonable. We learned the owner donates dresses that haven’t sold in a few years to a local charity that provides them for free to local prom-goers that need them!

Absolutely horrible customer service! We were told they were no longer doing “fittings” but could look at the dresses and come back the next day. Mind you. It was an hour before closing, two people were working and absolutely no one in the shop but us as customers. Good selection of dresses but would never buy a dress there based on the inflexibility and rudeness of the workers. One of the ladies was talking about how she wouldn’t let a girl buy the dress she had picked for herself because it wasn’t right for her chest area. Just plain rude! Go to The Dress Collection! Gorgeous dress selection and wonderful customer service.
