Rented a unit for less than one month. Thanks to the month-to-month rental terms, I was able to easily enter and exit the contract with no hassle.
The facility is clean and maintained at a cool temperature. Overall, I had a positive experience with this business.

Units were hot and humid. Bathroom facilities were locked and employees unavailable to allow access, rodents had damaged our household goods. cubesmart raised our rate from $100 to $133 in one month.

I have rented this storage unit for over half a year and have had nothing but a bad experience since the beginning. They recently sold to Cubesmart and things have went even more downhill from there. Rent prices go up basically every month and you will never be able to get ahold of anyone at the facility. I would not recommend this storage unit unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount. Also i was recently informed that they have had mouse problems since january and that is still a problem today. I recently moved all of my stuff out of my unit and there was mouse poop over EVERYTHING. Also destroying multiple things within the unit. I would not recommend this facility there are way cheaper options with a better quality environment.
