I must say and admit, that I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Cube Smart was assuming ownership however, I have been pleasantly surprised. I have three different units and the new Manager at the 2200 Elmwood location, Joyce has been phenomenal. She helped me track down a invoice I needed and an insurance issue. She responded to all of my questions thoroughly and promptly I have several Hundred of Thousands of dollars of items stored among my three units and I am would not have it stored anywhere but at Cube Smart. Joyce you are fantastic to work with.....

I got a locker here when I moved, at first I got a 5x10 just to store some belongings that I did not want to leave in a hotel room. When getting to my new apartment I found I did not have the space I expected and needed to get a larger unit. Not only did the manager make this easy and painless he was also personable and made what was turning into a big thorn to quickly solving my problems. If you need a storage unit I would highly recommend using this facility.

This is the second time I have used Life Storage in Lafayette. Both times have been temporary, under 6 months. I have been very pleased with my experiences. Very professional interactions with Darren who was most helpful in getting my storage set up and assisting me in ending my contract. I would definitely recommend Life Storage!

Hello I have a unit in California and I needed the lock cut and opened so I could see what was in there not knowing how to do this the office manage was very nice and helpful within minutes I was looking at my stuff I had left behind with much joy I am so thankful for me life storage gets a percent 10 thank you life storage

This location is conveniently located, well managed, and clean. The manager Darren was always kind and helpful. If the rates had not increased so dramatically I would have continued to utilize this storage facility. If rates had not increased would be 5 stars.

Had a storage unit a little over a year and never had any problems. The time frame to access the unit was perfect and the staff was very nice and professional. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Easy access, clean spaces, temp controlled, secure. Has everything we need and Darren was very responsive whenever we had a question. Will rent space there again if we have a need.

Darren is extremely friendly and helpful. Great place for long term and short term storage. Easy access at all times with multiple entrances that make getting to your storage unit very easy. The climate controlled indoor units help with the peace of mind that all stuff stored will be in the same condition as they were when they were first put in regardless of how long they are stored.
