I want to file a complaint about the FedEx storage manager, Melissa. Her service attitude was extremely poor, and she deliberately tried to make things difficult for me — clearly putting in the least effort but wanting the biggest authority. She was the only one who insisted I remove my reinforced packing materials, even though FedEx policy does not require this and it does not affect transportation.
Many people shipping large items use reinforcement for protection, yet she still demanded that people strip off reinforced tape and plastic, even when there was a waterproof bag securely covering the package and it posed zero impact on the shipping process. This is pure nonsense.
Instead of helping, she arbitrarily wrapped my package with clear tape, which was completely unnecessary. The price she quoted was absolutely worse than if you just followed the standard process and printed your own label. She acted like some self-important know-it-all, but in reality just a petty, foolish person.
To make it worse, she assumed I couldn’t understand her rural-accented English — such a blatant microaggression. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I believe her name was Melissa, possibly the manager, would not help me. She stood there for over 5 minutes and waited for the other worker to come off of her break and made her help me. Only giving two stars because the employee who helped me was nice. Other than that the service here is terrible.

Workers here are pretty unhelpful and unfriendly. Not sure if they are not taken care of well enough by their employer but my experience as customer was not great.

The person helping me seemed like they had no idea what they was doing. I verified several times they arw sure my package will be delivered correctly and in time. Paid over 50.00 ton confirm. Just to fine out my package was suppose to of been delivered by 10:30 am today and is still in Lafayette and Noone can tell me why.

Thank you to the idiot driver that left my big box of cat litter in front of my garage door. My normal driver either puts it on our front porch or sees me waiting and brings it right inside the door. I had to unload all of the boxes outside and use a cart to get them inside. I'm 74 yrs old. I'd think you would be a little more helpful. Guessing you didn't want to cart it up to the front door. I was at my front door and had it open.

I really hate to have things delivered by Fedex because I never know if they will get here or be delivered to someone else’s house. In the last 2 weeks I have had to search for packages. This is in addition to one package that I never found. They obviously don’t care and don’t do anything about this problem.

Not usually too busy, I can run in and right back out in under 5 minutes. Kind of confusing what self service options they have and how to do it. Staff isnt the friendliest or most helpful anytime I've been there but not to the extent of rude. Overall atmosphere is bland, for lack of better words. I just feel like they expect you to know how to use self service options automatically, no one ever offers any help or guidance but often shows their disappointment if you go to their counter rather than use self service.

This has nothing to do with the people really. I have never had a bad experience with the people in the store. I wish we could just review Fedex as a whole. I would give it one star but the people a 5 so it breaks down to 3 star.
One big issue I have is the people at the store can give me a shipping price based on their dimensions and weight BUT the people handling the actual shipment can do whatever they want.
80% of the time I get charged more fees after I ship. I over estimate the weight and still always manage to get charged more afterwards. Its really a big scheme.

This has nothing to do with the people working there but rather FedEx policies. It is extremely difficult to get something printed here. Then, they charge a 30%+ service fee if you spend over $50. This is the only business I know of where their policies encourage you to spend less. I've been to several printers, and there are way better ones out there. I won't be coming back.

Never got my packages from FedEx, they are lazy workers who don't do they job right, like how hard is it to jus double check the address to make sure it's at the right house

The woman at the counter on a weekday morning was really friendly.
She kept smiling at me and explained everything to me kindly.
Thanks to her, I was able to start my day in a good mood.
If her boss or manager sees this, think about what you can do for her.
