FedEx is the worst shipper in the industry. Worst customer service. Worst delivery quality. Deliver to the wrong addresses. Use UPS or literally anyone else.

My delivery has been scheduled 4 different times now. The first was due to weather and I am not upset about that in the slightest. What I am upset about is the fact that they told me it would be delivered Monday and then took it upon themselves to reschedule to Tuesday and not call me to update or ask me. Now I’ve left late for work and will have to do so again later in the week. The only reason I found out is because I tracked the package online. Given the run around by 3 different customer service representatives and then finally got to the person I needed to speak to. I will never use Fedex by choice again. This is not the first bad experience.

The staff was very helpful with scheduling a pick up time, completing paper work, and loading my package. Only took a few minutes and I was on my way.

They are liars. This is the 3rd time our deliveries have went to another location!!! And I'm the one who has to do all the work to get back the product they said they delivered!They did not. I was home in each instance and nothing is here. This is neither right nor fair. Deal with the driver thst continually makes these mistakes. And get my item I ordered for my grand daughter back to me!!
