HORRIBLE customer service!!! They don’t answer the phone and refuse to return calls or help with a resolution! Staff are obviously not knowledgeable, Robert (I assume he’s new) has no clue what he is doing. When I FINALLY spoke with a man named Brayden he told me to close my account if I wasn’t happy. Wow just wow!!

Worst bank ever!! Simplest of requests are not handled properly. Had to close my personal account because the software kept messing up deposits between personal and business accounts. A simple request for changing the tier level of my business account has been a struggle. Branch staff says call the 800 number and the customer service asks you to go to the branch. What if someone does not have a branch nearby. Most banks allows these things via self service on their website but apparently this bank is still stuck in the 90s.

Fifth third? More like zero fifth and that’s being nice. This bank is absolutely 100% TERRIBLE. Used to use bank 15 years ago for personal checking and it was horrendous then. Now my in laws are dealing with the joke they call employees trying to close on their refinance and new property and they are very close to a lawsuit against them. DO NOT USE this bank, even for your dead goldfish you flushed in the toilet, then had massive Taco Bell diarrhea on top of said gold fish.

Don’t use them to close on property. My parents have been loyal customers for well over 15 years and have been waiting on a closing date since February. They were scheduled to close tomorrow but then received an email from their underwriter saying that’s not going to happen and they don’t have a new date in mind. My parents may now lose this property because of fifth thirds mistakes. Can’t trust them with your information either, they ran my parents credit score in December, lost that information and ran it again without consent in February resulting in a change in scores.

Not very knowledgeable. I don't bank here and was told I can't get a cashier's check. That's understandable. But the teller sent me to Walmart saying they will. Well they don't. If you're going to make recommendations, be accurate. I don't like going into Walmart if it's not necessary right now. And this was unnecessary.

I have been with this bank for 25+ years with a business checking account that had over 25,000 in an operating account. The bank placed a block on the account because they misplaced paperwork and could not locate our signature cards. No letter, no phone call, no email, nothing informing us that they were going to place a block. When we contact them after receiving bounced check notices it took them 4 days to get it resolved and many hours of our time. It was as if they simply did not care that they stopped our business operations. Nick the manager was nothing more than an individual that made excuse after excuse. And his supervisor was never available to talk with and messages were never returned. I simply would not recommend this bank to anyone after this experience.

My son just opened his first checking account. He was very nervous & was afraid he had made an error with some of his information. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Kendra...she has the best customer service I have encountered in a long time!! Thank you from a concerned teenager and his mom!!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at the branch. I have called numerous times to only be alerted by the computer voice that no one is available. I had some issues I needed to discuss but couldn’t leave work to go to the branch. I am not impressed.Neither line warrants an answer. I cannot make it to the location during business hours. Why even post a phone number if no one will answer?

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone at the branch. I have called numerous times to only be alerted by the computer voice that no one is available. I had some issues I needed to discuss but couldn’t leave work to go to the branch. I am not impressed.
