The service staff and management are genuinely knowledgeable and caring about doing it right and having great success with products from Firestone/Bridgestone.

They charge a relatively high diagnostic fee. A Diagnostic fee is understandable since some folks used to get the diagnosis and fix themselves.
However, at a lot of garages part or all of the diagnostic fee is applied against any repairs you have done there.
Not the case at this establishment, plus they did not top off fluids as any service shop should do; even if it is an additional charge.

Firstly the experience was great due to my warranties still be active but over all a great experience. Took the time evaluating and making sure my vehicle was solid and taken care of before I left. Plenty of reading material for me to stay mentally busy with a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Seating was comfortable and television was also available if you’re into that. When diagnostics are completed you get a full run down of recommendations for the life and longevity of your vehicle. That way you can choose if that is something you want down now or later depending on your personal situation. At that time you can also get a thirty day quote on brand new tires with total cost out the door. Very professional place of business. I will be back. One downfall. In my y opinion due to it effecting myself. This particular Firestone location does not offer the Hybrid experience or tools to diagnose certain electrical components without current state of failure. Will need check engine light to see anything wrong computer-wise. Other than that. Very solid, honest and time efficient place of business.

Wasted My entire day they didn't fix what I actually needed and ended up being out 400 dollars. Older man that works there is completely unprofessional with customer service and didn't tell me the amount till we got our vehicle back.

Honest, accurate assessment of time and costs involved. No pushy salesmanship, just identified the problem and laid out possible solutions. A great value.

They are a bunch of crooks at this place. I took my car in because the check engine light came on. After running a diagnostic they told me that it was my EVAP sensor and it needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote of over $500 to do it. I talked to a couple of mechanics and decided to get a second opinion. After I picked up my car, I stopped to refuel it. After fueling, I got in and the check engine light was off. It had something to do with the seal on my gas tank. I am annoyed that I even spent $125 on the diagnostic when obviously they had no idea what they were talking about. I think that they just chose the most expensive repair. I have had other dealings with them that I questioned and now I know that they are just dishonest. Do not take your car here.

Excellent, courteous service. Everything is explained and there is no pressure to buy services or parts that you don't need. I have gone to this location for several years and the service has been excellent every time.

Very rude.When I called to check on vehicle I was given three different answers of what needed to be fixed and why. When telling them someone said something else I was told “ no you were not, but I don’t care you can just come get your car” I wasn’t rude to them, Just questioned what I was told and that’s what the response was and they continue to argue with me after do not go here.

Very, very rude team of guys no one takes responsibilities for anything that they say and when I ask for the date that they will be done with my vehicle because they stated to me, it will be the day that I called on. I was told well the definitive answer is probably at the end of the month. You should not bring your vehicle here
