Kyle was awesome with his customer service, but I was very disappointed when I brought a NEW Nintendo switch and got the one year warranty on it. On of the analog sticks broke off of it and I come in to get it warranty out, come to find out it would have to be warranty for a used oneTo be honest not worth buying the warranty if they are going to give you a used one. It’s like you buying a battery for your car and it dies and u go to warranty it out they give u a used one.Very hurt and disappointing.

This company disgusts me with their forcefulness of selling their membership. I hardly ever go to GameStop's because of this but today I saw something I wanted to get at this particular store. The employee ringing me out asked me 7 TIMES telling me I was making a mistake for not singing up to save. 7 TIMES in a 3 minute interaction that should have ended the first time I said NO instead of forcing me to give them my phone number. Forcing your employees to meet some quota (because I'm aware that you do) is revolting behavior and this left a foul taste in my mouth. I don't even frequent these stores so why would I pay for something I will maybe use once ever 2-3 years? Take some examples from other companies who do free memberships then a premium one.

I went in to get my fiance a controller for his birthday and an associate by the name of Jessica was being incredibly rude to me. I had to void my transaction temporarily to find some information for their memberhsip program and she gave incredible amounts of attitude and displeasure when I came back through for our controller. I will not be coming to this gamestop again.

My husband and I love coming here. But this morning when we came in the lady working there was rude to us when we were trying to ask her a question about what controllers were part of the sale and she was annoyed we were asking her a question and replied none of them are rudely. So we left. Her attitude will affect your business.

None of my local gamestops pick up the phone. None of them. I called this one like 7 times only for no one to pick up the phone. I waited minutes between each call as well, hoping they were just busy. It’s Thursday, 2:40pm. I should’ve received an answer.

I've called there several times and never get answer and then when they do answer they hangup. Horrible customer service. Other times I have called like 7 times for example and it just rings, rings, rings. I've decided to just start purchasing through Amazon so I don't have to deal with the BS.
