Helpful people, but horrible customer service trying to reach to the locations store directly like they used to be.

They did not solve my issue, and gave me incorrect information about how to move forward with it. I had an appointment with them created through Apple Support for an AirPod replacement, and they looked at my device for about 20 seconds before sending me away.
