I like this GNC. I can get in, get what I want, and get out quickly. Not real crazy about it being in a mall, but it is fairly close to the entrance which is nice. Always stocked up too.

Treated very poorly for the second time by the blonde woman working the open shift. Made a smart remark upon entry then proceeded to try and force me into giving her my phone number for rewards as she stated I can only shop here if I sign up. Then proceeded to throw a fit about me not signing up and rang me out anyways for my items. This is the 2nd time of the same exact scenario.

A word of warning about this location, they do not honor the GNC 30-day satisfaction guarantee and this isn’t posted anywhere in the store. If you’re choosing to buy your products from GNC because they stand behind their products, you may want to avoid this location.I purchased protein powder and found it tasted terrible on the first scoop. When I tried to exchange it 7 days later, the two employees at this location told me they can’t accept returns of opened product due to county health regulations, despite the fact the corporate policy says they do.

Ordered online for in store pick up. Drove all the way there to see they was closed which this was during the posted business hours. Stuff like that is why people won’t return.

The people are nice but this is the 3rd time I have come through and they have been closed. I can understand if it is close to the posted hours for closing but at 5:30 on a Wednesday when it shows 8pm is close. I understand things come up, and being short staffed, but please update the hour's or add a notice to call for hours.

Came in last week just to look and ended up walking out with creatine and pre that the employee working advised. A week later and I was back in today because the preworkout was so effective. The same person was working and was extremely helpful. Knew the products’ effectiveness and ingredients. Not sure what she’s getting paid but definitely deserves more. One hundred percent will be back.
