Store manager terrible attitude. I watched him argue with the customer before me and as I was leaving the customer after me almost unbelievable, but sad but true.

⚠️CAUTION ICY SIDEWALKKinda high prices at this location and mediocre quality of items. Found a duvet but they put $20 on it. Last year I could buy a duvet for $4. Prices are higher than Indianapolis but goods are lower quality. Parking lots and sidewalks snow covered though neighboring businesses were plowed. Their parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Either a customer or an employee will fall on their ice covered parking lot and sidewalk and get injured. There wasn't any salt or any attempt to shovel a safe path. The other day I was in this store and they put a big yellow caution floor wet sign in middle of bathroom I almost tripped over. Personal injury lawyers love those yellow wet floor signs. If you can open the store to your employees and customers, you can remove the snow so it isn't hazardous to guests.

Used to love shopping at Goodwill but with used and (given) Jeans now costing $19.99 it is not worth it. It is ridiculous how they can get away with charging so much for a business that should be helping low income families.

I typically never make reviews but I actually gagged when I saw associate Kaylee (white, dirty or strawberry blonde, have been seen before wearing pink Crocs, but YESTERDAY I watched her open mouth cough and sneeze onto her hand, (disgustingly wet and visibllly slimy) DIDNT EVEN WIPE IT OFF or wash her hands, and then continued to touch merchandise. ? It's overall a good store, but now I'm actively nervous about touching new merchandise because this associate doesn't know proper hygiene.

Can't try on the clothes before purchasing. So I will not shop there anymore. They're used and Goodwill doesn't wash them so what's the difference.

I went to goodwill looking for cheap yarn for my art classes. I ended up paying a 1.42 over the original price when Kmart sold it new.

This Goodwill is clean and bright. Goodwill as a whole has raised their prices a bit too high in my opinion. We used to enjoy going on the half price days and that was fun to try and find a good bargain. I find things on sale in regular new product stores comparable to the prices I find here. Today I found some glassware that I was hoping to find. However this store wanted more than what I can buy it new online. My wife still enjoys searching for a bargain and we all enjoy looking through the books.

The Lafayette goodwill stores are neat and clean, in comparison with the Michiana goodwill stores. I would rather shop Michiana stores, because they still have sale days. Lafayette stores regular prices seem lower than the daily Michiana stores, but I will buy many items on a 50% sale day and sometimes nothing on a non sale day. Lafayette store management need to compare current store sales to previous years when they offered sale items. Also, no dressing rooms is a very poor decision. Kudos's to Goodwill stores for hiring special needs employees.

Overpriced items. American jeans for $14.99 and $19.99 is just insane.

Goodwill has officially lost their minds. They claim to be a charitable organization that helps the local community but it seems their only concern is profit with the price tags they put on used, untested items. Which is sad for a "non-profit" organization

Good selection and very friendly people. They stopped doing the color code thing so it was more expensive just so people are aware.
