Just wasted our precious time.Edit (12/13) : Responding to reviewThe reason we called you was because you have worked on the design and installation of Mr. Manpreet store signs before and we spoke in length for about 10 mins on Dec 6th and we expressed our situation of urgency since we need a store sign for Google listing. You mentioned the latest you can send someone for a site survey is after a week and asked me to email all the details with our logo and the address. I even called on 12/11 during lunch time and spoke with another employee and asked for Nathan and explained our situation and he said you would call back. Then on 12/12 when I called back yet again, a lady picked up the call and gave it to you when you mentioned you can't do the job anymore.I understand how critical are the reviews for a business since I am a small business owner myself. I am going to amend my review to 5 * but please be professional and honest and let customer know the fact if you are busy so they can move on with another vendor.”
