Staff is rude and store has limited sizes and selection. Daughter and I travel 2-1/2 hours to the Ft. Wayne location rather than shop here.

Terrible service by "Naya." Unfortunate, since typically this store gets pretty good reviews on their customer service. After being pressured no less than 3 times to sign up for their rewards program, which was declined with a "no thank you" each time, she then proceeded to ask the 13-year-old that was shopping with us that day for her mom's phone number to see if she had a rewards account. Unacceptable. The pressure to sign up continued throughout the entire checkout process until finally, she finished ringing up our items, I thanked her and she proceeded to storm off, with no response, shoving the bag at me across the counter causing one of the items to come sliding out of the bag. I looked up at her to see her looking black glaringly at me. My 13-year-old son even commented to me as we left the store about how awful it was. He too was in disbelief at her behavior.I've never had an experience like this anywhere. Naya needs some serious training or to find another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. I won't be returning after this experience.

I've been going there for years and now I'm taking my kids. Always have to stop in and see if anything new is hanging on the wall.

Always good customer service! And friendly staff.I wish they carried a variety of sizes specifically in pants, I never find anything in my size 0/1 in store.I do like how they are bringing back older fashion and accessories,it definitely brings me back in the store more often.
