“This is a nice hotel with newly renovated rooms and public areas. We stopped on our way through with a small dog and were pleased with our stay. The pet fee is only $30.”

“Our experience at Candlewood was nothing short of great. Everyone in the staff was so incredibly compassionate and helpful. We ran into a really unfortunate car issue which lead us to being stranded there, and everyone was so kind. They helped us get a room for two nights and one wasn’t even intended. They let us hang out in their lobby all day while trying to get a tow or locksmith out, and they didn’t mind at all and they tried to help. For a crappy situation, they made it bearable and we are so appreciative. Thank you!”

“A few years ago this hotel was a 1 star to me. I accidentally booked a room here instead of the Comfort Inn the other night. They have updated it and it’s much improved. The service has always been top notch. The only really bad part is the clientele is always loud. It seems to have a lot of activity going on in the halls all the time. Not unsafe, just motion and commotion.”

“We were told not to go there to many bad things. Said the rooms were dirty the people were rude and they take money from you. My wife and I have stayed there a few times now. They were friendly very nice the rooms where not at all like people said there was no noise the beds where nice and comfortable. The lady's at the front desk where very nice where not once rude. They gave us the wrong room by mistake and where very nice about it and apologized and gave us the right room. They allow pets the grass is kept cleaned. The bathrooms are not gross and for it being newly done it's very nice its got comfortable beds a refrigerator microwave and even a nice TV with a desk. The floors are nice wood floors the bathrooms are nicely done and plenty of hot water. We have felt like family being there have not felt like that at any hotel we have stayed at. They are very nice and if you have any concerns they address them no rudness at all. We talked with one of the lady's there had a full on conversation like we knew each other she was sweet and told us to enjoy our stay. When we stay they make sure we aren't to from the stiars to bring our stuff up.they even allowed one guest to stay to wait out a storm on the day of check out that was very nice of them. They never once have taken unessesary money from us or our deposit. Everything is very nice inculding nice statf members I'm sorry that they have gotten such bad reviews and people saying so many horrible things about them but it's not true I would highly recommend staying I know we will be staying again.”

“This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The staff was professional and very courteous. They greeted us with a smile and a warm cookie. The pool is a little small, but it's great for kids. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area including a Wal-Mart, Dennys, Golden Corral buffet, Disc Replay and many more. We took a short drive to a Dog N Suds. Their food was better than I remembered!! Anyway, the hotel was wonderful and we enjoyed staying there.”
