I did really like the personality of our preparer, but our last name was spelt incorrectly, i had to repeatedly call the office, thier online websites didn't work for us had to go back in and get corrections done and sign. Had to ask to get a finish copy of taxes, then they were rejected due to an wrong social entry. Check your returns carefully

Our lady Carol Ottinger messed up both mine and my wife's returns. She couldn't answer any if our questions was not knowledgeable of anything we asked. She struggled even doing the taxes on her computer her manager had to help her and explain things to us. Then her manager had to call us back and tell us she had fixed several errors Carol made.
