“We have been a Comcast now Xfinity customer for almost 30 years. We have stuck with them through thick and food and they have kept us as customers because they have found a way to always fix our problem or lower our cost for internet and phone. We had issues with our account and we stopped in at the store and it was handled quickly and professionally. I would say we are doing much better with our monthly bill because the internet and are two phones are a total of 109 where is our cable bill used to be 180 a month.”
“I visited the store 2/13 to upgrade my phone. Janel or Janil (sp?) was great. I paid cash and overpaid because my bills stuck together. I called the store and asked them to let me know if they were over on their drawer. She called me this morning to let me know they were over by that amount. They didn’t have to do it, I’m thankful they did. Very honest people. I will recommend this store to anyone.”
