“Xfinity was a pain; they must have taken months of my life to deal with customer service. But it is what it is.
Recently we lost Internet, and the issue couldn't be resolved due to a glitch in their system. I spent a solid 15 hrs on phone, in chat, and in store with them. Each agent wasted my time and then passed me on to be someone else's problem. You contact online agent, they tell you to call. You call, they tell you to go to the store. You go to the store, they tell you to go online. The loops never ends.
Kelsey in this particular store was the only one who really tried to help and put a stop to this never-ending nightmare. So glad that he didn't send me away like everyone else.”

“Update: Manager contacted me and apologized for her lack of communication as to what was going on. I was very impressed with her timely response and resolve to the issue.
Came in for an exchange. Two guys were working with other customers. A lady just walked around and checked people in and never helped anyone. She kept retreating to the back. Very poor customer service.”
