Easy to get to for the most part. Issues with people parking long term in pharmacy parking spaces though. (2 vehicles but no one waiting in line at pharmacy or in chairs outside of pharmacy area). Offers some basic over the counter products as well at good prices.

The medicine I’m on is in short supply, so we called IU Pharmacy to see if they had it and they did. I’ve had a few issues with the prescription and insurance. The pharmacy manager worked diligently to get it corrected and even signed me up with the pharmaceutical company so that I could save $35 off the script. I kept apologizing for taking up her time, but she was happy to do it. I also noticed the techs in the back seemed to be happily working together, although very busy. I highly recommend using this pharmacy.

Y’all are great. But someone’s gotta do something about about the automatic refills and getting text notifications when it’s ready. It only works when it wants to.

Three days after visiting my IU doctor and him saying he’d send my insulin in, I had nothing sent in over christmas. I was irate that I was going through the holidaysAfter they called security in me and sent me away with six pen tip needles they now refuse to fill my script.Pharmacists can legally write diabetics a script for pen tip needles but the pharmacists at IU refused this out of spite and put my health at serious risk in doing so.I’ll take my business to Kroger where they’ll never send a diabetic away without a script.Shame on you IU your policy’s are dangerous to diabetics.

Actually really glad my insurance will only cover prescriptions if I get them from this pharmacy and switched me over. Never have I ever gotten in and out of a pharmacy so quickly or gotten such good customer service! Everyone there has been good to me even when I haven’t been so friendly before. They will help with any questions you need and are actually helpful. Thanks guys!

What a great local pharmacy. I am reminded of the family owned pharmacies from back in the day. I have always had a problem with my medications being out of stock at chain pharmacies in the past Not here. I like that the pharmacist is at the front of pharmacy instead of a cashier or tech only. No waiting to have a question answered. Check your insurance folks! You may find Arnett is covered with your plan.

The pharmacists and staff at the IU Health Arnett Hospital Pharmacy are beyond outstanding. They are always quick, polite, and efficient. I have had SO many unpleasant and dissatisfying experiences at other pharmacies (CVS) over the years…I wish I had started using the IU Pharmacy sooner. Keep doing you…you are so appreciated!
