This company was quite good at explaining any repairs as well as keeping the cost at a minimum rate. I have particularly appreciated Amanda and all the details she invested into repairing my car. Thanks again, Jiffy Lube! I highly recommend this company for oil changes and other minor repairs.

I brought my company fleet vehicle in on 12/3. Full service oil change and whatever was needed additionally according to recommendations from fleet. Left extremely dissatisfied. Didn’t fill my windshield fluid, no sticker, no receipt. When you do a shitty, half ass job makes the oil change skeptical. Customer service was poor. Only cared about the fleet company paying, could care less about anything else. I noticed that the manager, Amanda wasn’t there when I got the oil change. Usually runs well when she is there in the past.
Came back for an oil change and service was awesome! Always going to give people a second chance. Courteous, let me know how long it may take, sticker on, receipt in the car. Great job! Appreciate your work!

The oil change was fast in and out in twenty minutes. The issue I had was that the pile filter wasn't all the way on and lead to oild leaking all over my driveway and staining it pretty well.

I've been taking two vehicles here for the past few years since moving to Lafayette and I feel they have taken good care of my vehicles when I don't feel like doing my own oil changes... It's quick, and they haven't screwed up, nor do I think they'll screw up. I'll continue to take my vehicles there, and trust them with both our family trickster and my little car.

Very good customer service from the team on duty at the day of my visit.
Really helpful stuff.maintenance service was excellent & quick service which is what I was looking for.
