Employees are very nice! The manager was rude. The don't cut fabric after 5. I'm not sure what they do sell for the rest of the 4 hours they are open. But no fabric is cut after 4:30 per the MANAGER.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. No longer accepting gift cards, but there's a lawsuit you can join as part of their bankruptcy case. I get that the employees are upset they are losing their jobs, but I was very patient and kind even though what they are doing is illegal and they did not have to be that awful to me. Wouldn't return even if they accepted the gift cards.

Just like others went to see what I could buy . Very sad that they have to close. They should have gotten a deal that could leave all their stores open.

On 12/12 I went there, knowing nothing about what I was looking for/needed to fix the small tear in my couch. The ladies there were so super helpful-helped me find the fabric I needed and said I needed fabric glue, which they helped me find too! So impressed with their customer service and knowledge!!!

Today the store was very busy, and there's also never any music playing which makes the shopping experience weird and uncomfortable, they also often only have one cashier. So a short trip takes much longer than needed. Everything is mostly organized, and well maintained.

I really enjoy going into the Lafayette store but it’s ridiculous they have not had air conditioning ALL summer!! I’m sure if it were corporate office it would have been fixed in a few days! I don’t know how they have personal working in those conditions or having customers!

I found what I wanted, but not enough for my project. Couldn't find an employee. Looked online and saw I could get qty I wanted for the same price+ 20% off so I ordered it to be shipped.

The store is always clean and has supplies for many hobbies. Unfortunately, the crafting world has gotten expensive, and joann is no exception. They often have sales on, and the app can really help. The staff is friendly and has always been very helpful.

Today was the first time my husband and I had ever gone to Joannes fabric and crafts. Our experience was above and beyond any expectations we held prior. The ENTIRE staff was very friendly, very down to earth, and very helpful on top of their more than generous knowledge and experience. Aubrie was a big help with any questions we had and was beyond patient with us in helping us pick out fabric and finding the right prices. Needless to say, we will be back

Store was nice. Shears were spread out amongst several different locations in the store. There was an unexpected sale on what I was looking for, so that was a pleasant bonus.

You have depleted your yarn option immensely that it's horrible! Where's all the lionbrand go? Was trying to find some nice worsten weight as well. Just awful.
