So sorry to post this. We have bought La-Z-Boy furn for many years and all of a sudden the quality has taken a dive. The leather color on one piece has come off and they will take no responsibility even when we purchased the extended warranty. We have 4 matching pieces and only one has this issue while being used just as much or more! It was a mfg defect when delivered. They replaced and it now has other issues.

The associate that helped us, Thomas Littleton, was great! He greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. He answered all our questions, explained prices differences, and made our shopping experience comfortable and easy. I was impressed with the layout of the store and the quality of all the lazboy products. We purchased two recliners and a sleeper sofa for our family room.

Quality is terrible. My chair hasn't been right since it was bought. It laid back way to far and lazboy said it was fine. Didn't fix it. Now it's broke because a screw pull ed through the particle board, yes particle board. Who could possibly think that construction would hold. Smh. You'd be better off shopping at Big lots, at least when it breaks you're not out $1,000 dollars

Went in, had the manager greet us, and explained how they operated. We walked around and my husband sat in all the recliners he liked ...found one that didn't rock or swivel and called the manager back over. He gave us the fabric samples to choose from, he wrote it all up, have us the price, we paid and are now waiting for 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Easy peasy

Sheperd was the sales clerk and did a great job helping me purchase my chair. From the time I walked in to make the purchase I had zero wait time, closed the deal and I was on my way.
