They agreed to change the horns on my Honda CRV.
When I reached their location, the horns hadn't arrived so they asked me to come today (Monday).
Now they're saying they're very busy and not interested in doing this work.
They wasted more than a week of my time without doing any service.
This is extremely unprofessional and rude.

They were so great and squeezed me in! I just needed my bumper worked on and they were able to get it reattached in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely come here for any work you need on your car!

If you are looking for a honest and competitive collision repair center please look no further! Ivan and the guys will take care of you and stand by their work! I have had several vehicles repaired here and every time the finished product is spot on! I send all of my friends and family here and they are always just as pleased as I am so hey, give them a shot! You will not be disappointed! Oh yeah, they have one of the most talented painters around! Nick is more than solid!

Had a really great experience, I didn’t know what was wrong with my lights but Angel changed the lightbulb in front of me and showed me that one of the filaments was burnt. Didn’t even charge me, and Toyota asked for over $300. Really appreciate the help!!

This place is the best place in town to go to get your car fixed I have taken my car there many times. And the office guys are great treat you with respect and answers all your questions they never rush you out they listen to what you have to say. when I get my car back not only do they fix the problem but they also go out of there way to clean the inside and out. Went to pick my car up and got to say I have never seen it look so good. Thank you all from the office ppl to the guys that do the work. I will never go to another place to have my car done. Thanks again guys for all you do

I'm so thankful that I went to see Ivan at Auto Plus! He did a thorough inspection on a used vehicle I was thinking about purchasing. He found out everything that was wrong with the vehicle! He saved me from making an awful purchase! I will forever be grateful! He was so kind, helpful, and he truly cared! I'm so impressed by how much he knows about vehicles! I will be taking my vehicles to him from here on out!

I would do a negative rating if it was possible. I have been through a whole ordeal with these people they cannot be trusted what so ever do not take you're car here for repairs they damaged my taillight when it was intact before being brought there only way they took fault is because there was picture evidence they also scratched my glass which they don't remove the glass safelite does it all for them because it's down the road so they will of course blame them when I believe the scratch was done after installation or when the glass was sitting outside of the car safelite wouldn't put a glass in that is damaged. They gas lit me and lied through the entire process they didn't clean up my spoiler with the mark I pointed up when I initially picked the car up, and when I picked my car up today they punctured my plastic on my door panel and shoved the shift boot down on my shifter which I fixed but now I have a small puncture in my plastic which this is a brand new 2024 car I am ocd about my car amd not careless to damage it like that amd the puncture you can tell it's a forcibly jab amd they did that because I been calling them out about the whole situation so spiteful forsure and I don't even trust they did the repairs properly I have no clue if my inner wheel house is brand new which I'll have to pull the liner out and tire and inspect myself will be an update to this review. They also joy rided in it because my range is always 360 to 450 miles with a full tank and now it's 220 with a full tank that is caused by spirited driving without my permission which I know I couldn't hold them accountable also my peak boost was 12.9 when my driving it's always 11.8 I notice small details very well also miraculously there's an extra 20 miles on the car from when I left it originally which there is no reason that car should go farther than to safelite or even leave their shop they are untrustworthy and will nickel amd dime you and if they don't like you for calling them on their crap they will further damage you're car in spitefulness I will never work with them again I hope whoever is reading this will take this seriously and reconsider using them talk to you're insurance and get suggested shops that they work with there's nothing I can do about the puncture but even if they were to offer to fix it they will never touch this car again the owner will just gaslight you the whole time and they offer a lifetime warranty I guarantee you they will never honor it and will do their hardest to not cover anything especially with my experience with them do not go here or you will regret it take my experience into account so you're not in the same boat dealing with it. It's so bad I'm going to another shop to get the tint on after my new glass arrives because I do not trust them
