This company is not ethical. They charged over $3000 on our credit card and billed insurance for the same services. It's been over a year and they will not refund our money. IU Health has a much better home health care offering.

This is the worst company service I have ever encountered. They charged us twice for the same bill. When I called to get it corrected they hung up the call.

Lincare itself has a very good medical provider. The device I had was an oxygen heart rate meter that you connect to your fingers. The only problem was, the finger inserts were way too small so it kept waking me up all night with numb fingers, which I usually do not have a problem with. The only thing I would suggest As they have different sizes for different fingers, and if they do have that when customer picks up, they should make sure it fits properly.

First time here and wasn’t sure what to expect. I emphasized this and the lady couldn’t even assist with basic questions about CPAP cleaning supplies. Answer remained “I’m not sure” when inquiring about other places and then stared back at me. Went to a basic pharmacist and immediately found help
