If I could leave a zero I would. Their customer service is worthless. Their "delivery" is worthless. WARNING never buy an appliance or any item from there that requires a "shipment" from them. The delivery company is ONLY CONTRACTED" with Lowe's. The only positive about our experience was who sold us the dryer; he was great. Now to what happened: Bought a dryer from Lowe's all was good. 1st deliver was "ok" At best. They took our old dryer which still worked "at times" boy to have it back. Supposedly they only deliver to our area Wednesday/Friday. So 1st delivery was Wednesday. We go to install the dryer, it is broke (One would think the dryer from the outside to inside would be inspected) prior to shipment. Clearly that did not occur. We call delivery. They say they can't exchange till Friday. Fine but not fine. Our delivery time was 12 to 4. Then that turns into 4:30 to 6:30. 6:30 comes and goes no dryer. We were actually camping that wknd and my fiancé stayed @ home ALL day waiting on these people. At 6:35 he leaves and calls delivery and says turn around wherever you are; I've left. They say "but we will be there in 30 to 40 minutes". Are you kidding us?! So; we get ahold of a manager at the "warehouse". She was nice and apologetic but still blah blah blah. She states after we argue with her that we cannot wait until Wednesday for the "next"" delivery that she will ensure we get on thr delivery schedule for Monday. We try to speak to a manager actually at the Lafayette store and all they wanted to do was gives us the customer service # he was so RUDE and in no way did he exhibit the willingness to listen and or help. Monday comes and we get a call she cannot have it delivered then. WHAT!? It will be Wednesday (8-2-23); the AM spot. Tuesday 8-1-23 we get a call from "delivery" that our Wednesday spot is now the PM spot; you know like 12 to 4. It is Wednesday 8-2-23 as I sit and write this at 6:22; we just got a call they are 30 to 40 minutes out. WHAT? So over it. I can only hope there is nothing wrong with this dryer. We have the broken/new dryer and a TON of laundry. Lowe's: We are upgrading all of our kitchen appliances; if they were free we would not take them. You lost our business on anything that requires a "delivery". Hesitant to even want to go in that store for the way our phone call was handled.

Don't buy from this Lowe's or if I had a second choice I would not buy nothing from Lowe's. They will take your money and don't deliver. Back on May 30th 2022 my wife and I bought a GE washer and dryer plus the GE pedestals that comes with them. Here it is November 20th 2022 still nothing and when you call the store it's like you just disturb them and don't care if you are taking care of. They just need to fire everyone in that store. Get new! I called GE themselves and told me that they have the pedestals and didn't know why Lowe's didn't have them. So what I need to do is just get them through GE!! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM LOWE'S again!!

The employees at this particular location have been the kindest, most professional people I have encountered at Lowe's. Despite my family simply browsing prices for our future garden and patio setup, when we lost one of my youngest daughter's irreplaceable rain boots, discontinued design, several employees from across the store took the time to assist my family in trying to locate it with no luck. We thanked them for all of their help and support before we went home disappointed. Then, later that evening before they closed we received a phone call that informed us they had found it and were willing to stay late for us to get it back. This kindness has restored my faith that customer service and satisfaction has not disappeared from businesses today.

Oh if I could put zero I absolutely would. My husband and I ordered a washer and dryer almost two weeks ago. We were supposed to get it on Saturday. After waiting and waiting we finally called to find out it had been canceled. Why nobody called to tell us I have no idea. So we rescheduled (really should have asked for a refund but hindsight is always 20/20).The delivery finally came today and they only had the washer. No one knows where our dryer is. Also supposedly installation was included with delivery but our washer wasn't installed either. Don't buy from here.

The bathrooms are sadly and I mean sadly outdated. Not to mention every stall had feces smeared on the wall & toilet. So unsanitary it was comical, I audibly laughed when walking in! not pleased

I have shopped at Lowe's for many years and over the years I've seen it decline and customer service this has got to be the worst experience I've ever had we ordered a refrigerator and stove and a few other appliances the delivery did not go that well things were dinged and scratched and then after the third-party left we found the stove to be defective the oven was not working I spent days hours trying to reach someone at Lowe's I was passed around & and put on hold for several minutes at a time I finally had to end up going in the store to reach an associate then that took forever to get another one we ordered they said there would be a wait time and they promised me it would be Lowe's employees only come to find out I called this morning finally got a hold of someone in the store manager told me that it was going to be third-party from this point on out I am so frustrated and disappointed in Lowes I will be taking my business to Menards.

This is the first yelp review I've ever left because I've never been more dissatisfied with a business in my life. Totally unprofessional and completely unresponsive.

I have been trying to contact the mill work department for 5+ days. I have spent accumulatively 4 hours trying to get in contact with them to order a screen door. I have left the model number, brand, my name, my number, and my email with every call and no response. I will attempt to call tomorrow. I called tonight at 7:15pm and was told they left at 7pm. When I explained I had been told previously they were available until 8 pm she stated "well they left at 7 pm." I asked when they would be available tomorrow and she said 10 am. I will call tomorrow morning and see where that gets me.

Ordered a washer and dryer in store, was told by 2 employees that they had plenty of washers in stock and no dryers that it would be next week for delivery for the dryer. Received a call 3 days later saying that had our dryer and that no one put "eyes" on our washer and now they were -2 in stock. Manager offered comparable washer and dryer that had the worst reviews on their website and google. Kept trying to call the store and no one would answer the phone so had to call corporate twice in order to finally get ahold of someone at the store. Eventually called another Lowe's that is an hour and half away and have to go get the washer and dryer ourselves to get them in a reasonable time. Will NEVER do business with Lowe's again!

I was very impressed with their customer service! The staff took time to show me the aisles for the items I was looking for, and were smiling the whole time. I didn't feel like I was bothering or interrupting them and they genuinely wanted to help. I found some of the items online ahead of time and the website tells you the aisle numbers. This is a great feature if you're in a hurry. The store was laid out well and fairly easy to find the aisles.

After a nice review earlier in the week, this one...not so good. question to a woman employee in the garden shop: "Where are your New guinea impatiens?" Answer: they are all around. I don't really know. But we have racks and racks of stuff back there" I guess she forgot the word 'service' in Customer Service. Not only did she not know what the flower was, she was not willing to help. How do employees like this keep their jobs?

No toilet paper in the toilet and the toilet was filthy. Someone needs to check the toilets occasionally! When I suggested to the check out person my concern, he acted as if it was not his problem.

Lowe's is certainly a step up from Menard's. The staff there are not totally helpful. No one offers to help me. When I do ask, sometimes I feel like I'm bothering them. But that aside, what they sell is a bit higher quality than Menard's. I like shopping here and I've spent a LOT of money here. I just finished a fireplace redo project that cost a few hundred dollars, and I bought my ZTR mower here. The staff are not all bad. Most are very helpful. Lowe's doesn't really have "sales" they claim to have the lowest price and will price match. But there are in-store specials to look for. Their paint is better than anything that Menard's sells. It is located at one of the busiest intersections in Lafayette, but it's not that difficult to get in and out of.

This place gets one star from me because it won't let me put zero. Absolutely terrible customer service. Let me start this rant off by adding the fact their website is irrefutably the most inferior software design known to exist. If you can't find items available, there is no search bar to check where it is available (like Home Depot has on their site). If you want to look up a specific item (ex: white 41" Kobalt lower tool cabinet) you still end up scrolling across a barren wasteland of fatuous items (unlike Home Depot's website which will take you directly to what you're looking for). Now on with the customer service. I am an entry level heavy equipment mechanic and in search of a good quality tool box for the price (Husky tool box from Home Depot! Duh!) but they don't make the Husky's in the fancy white with black handles like Kobalt does. So I went with the pretty one. I bought the top half an hour away in Danville IL because my nearest location (Lafayette IN) didn't have it in stock. About an hour of inconveniencing the Lowes hardware associate later, I got it. The next two weeks after, I've been researching and calling and BASICALLY FIGHTING to get the second half which no one seems to have in stock within a 75 mile radius of my house. No one offered to order one. No one offered to ship it from any other location. All the customer service reps make me hold until I get frustrated and hang up. Tonight, I waited over a HALF HOUR for my transfer to go through and it never did (unlike Home Depot workers who will do whatever necessary to ensure I have a great experience with them.... are you getting the hint?) Bottom line, terrible experience. I am stuck with half a tool box that was not cheap and nowhere to get the rest of it. Save yourself the time and talk to your local Home Depot. P.s. I downloaded yelp and created an account with my very slow data to write this review Update: I ended up paying $70 extra in shipping and handling to be sent from Chicago to my local Lowes in Lafayette, just to go pick it up from the store anyways. So after one month of fighting and now overpaying, I finally have the box I wanted with a big ol dent in the side of it right out of the box.

I went in last night to buy 2 4X4 posts and was informed that you could not cut it for me. I literally just needed it cut in half. Why even sell it if you can't cut it. HUGE waste of my time even going in there.
