Went to go get paint and the young lady was no help at all seems like she didn’t want to help at all no bother in showing us the different paint or where they would be they might need to hire better staff our money is still green

Best customer service any where!! Went in with a problem doing some plumbing at home and a worker there named Carlos went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Could not be happier. Give that guy a raise!!!!

Disappointed. I heard good things about this Menards store from a few people. When I got there to look for a new shower head, me and my son had to use the bathroom. Since this was my first time going to Menards I asked a few young adult men if they knew where the restroom was. They said “by the register” but they didn’t specify where “by the register”. When I went to go look for the restrooms I still didn’t see them. Then, one very kind lady came up to me and asked if I needed help and I asked where the restrooms were and she told me where they were. Also, when I was walking away from the young boys they were laughing at me when I was walking away. Anyway, after I went to the bathroom I got my shower head and looked at the price, they’re ridiculously expensive for a shower head. Never going to Menards again.
