Their customer service has improved, but I still remember when it was terrible.We go here on Sundays because Hobby Lobby is closed and on days we go to Petsmart for dog food.Our latest project was to hand knit blankets from big yarn. They had a buy one get one deal, so our coupons didn't work. The price was more than we were expecting at the register, but the rewards were enough to go back and get two more yarn balls.

Cashier utterly failed to mention that we would not get a full refund and then refused to undo the refund once we realized they gave us less than half the value of our purchase.
