You would think with an in house ''service'' department, they wouldn't sell used lemons, but here we are. Out of money and out of a car. Bad business from this establishment for my family member.

The mechanic shop for this establishment is a total ripoff. I can not believe the poor customer service I got. They had my vehicle for weeks and didn’t fix anything. Then tried to bill me 6 hours over $1300 for a diagnosis. This all happened after they tried to up sell me on a mother for $18000. Be very careful when taking your vehicle here.

Do not go here for service.
Towed my vehicle there late on a Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and was advised my appointment was on Friday. They didn't do the diagnostic until Friday late afternoon and didnt get with my extended warranty company until late in the day Monday. Finally repaired the next day on Tuesday.
The only issue was a water pump. 4 hours of labor but it took an entire week! If they had any sort of real motivation to appease customers you would think that they could have had the vehicle done all in one day.
They screened my number and wouldn't take or return my calls throughout the process. Difficult to get any real information from anyone when you do speak with them.
I will not be returning for service.
Was going to leave 1 star, but we did buy the vehicle from there and had a mostly good experience with that.

Craig Alliss was great to work with and attentive to all of our questions. He has called and followed up to see how we are doing and how we like our new vehicle. We appreciate the no pressure interaction and ease in buying we received that you used to get in the old days. Jeremy was great to work with to. We will definitely do business here again and again. Usually don't enjoy the car buying process but this time was different. Craig was very helpful and did not pressure. He answered any questions I had. Everyone within the dealership I spoke with was very kind. They even served warm cookies one day while I was there. I would not hesitate to call Craig again. Thanks Lafayette Cadillac. I am enjoying my XT5.

We had been casually looking at the 2024 Cadillacs to replace our Cadillac XT5 lease which was ending soon. I received an email from Dave Duncan introducing himself and offering to assist us. Dave willingly worked around our schedule to meet with us. Each staff member at the Lafayette Cadillac dealership was kind and professional. When we found the Cadillac XT6 we wanted, we met Heath Morgan, our sales professional. He was very helpful and personable. He explained our options and listened to our needs. With Heath’s help we quickly made our decision. We have told friends about the “family” atmosphere and care we were given by Dave Duncan and Heath Morgan.
