We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle from Ford of Lafayette! I worked with Gage over several months haggling out a deal. Throughout the entire process Gage was extremely patient with my questions and concerns. We are a loyal Ford family that purchases all of our vehicles out of state to find the best deals. Ford of Lafayette smoked all the other dealerships on the price! I even had one dealership say, “Yeah, we can’t come close to their price.” Additionally, Ford of Lafayette knew I was traveling and they allowed me to pick up the vehicle at a later date. Both Gary and Gage were so helpful when I was loading the vehicle on a trailer.

They made some changes to their services writers and technicians in my opinion it WAS A BAD DECISION. Now they have people that lie and blame everyone eles and are disrespectful won't be using the Quick Lane anymore. Will go to the full service side Where The Service Department is a much Higher Quality of People Working There

Service was prompt and service adviser was very helpful. Only complaint is I had two replacement keys made for a 2010 F-150 and it was 380.00 because of a 230.00 programming cost which seemed excessively high for 2010 vehicle
